Everyone was very friendly and the dentist explained everything very well. I was very happy with my visit.

I was a patient at Beaumont Dental Associates for 5 years before I needed a tooth extracted & subsequent implant / crown placement done. Prior to working with Dr. Piepgrass, my experience with this practice was good - however, I will no longer utilize BDA services due to Dr. Piepgrass and his unprofessional manner. Drs. Park and Stoss are great and professional, but Dr. Piepgrass routinely does procedures in plain clothes (T-shirt / cargo shorts) and will allow audio / videos to play on his phone in his pocket while you're undergoing a procedure. You are never made to feel like a priority, and no information is given prior to the start of invasive procedures. The treatment I received as a paying customer at this office was atrocious, and I will not recommend this practice to anyone.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! To say I had a bad experience at Beaumont Dental Associates is a severe UNDERSTATEMENT. My experience from start to finish was sub par and seemed like I felt disappointed and misunderstood every step of the way. Their “patient first approach” that they preach on about is COMPLETE LIES. I felt like I wasn’t listening to or cared about my entire experience. The dental hygienist staff there and front desk staff are very sweet and seemed to be the only people listening to my concerns and genuinely caring. AVOID DR. WARD PIEPGRASS!!!!!!!!! I NEVER MET HIM UNTIL THE DAY OF MY PROCEDURE. The “oral surgeon” Dr. Piepgrass barely spoke to me on the day of my WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION he stuck an IV needle in my hand without fair warning and didn’t let me know what was in it, how I would feel or talk me through the sedation process. I explained to him my concerns with needles and being nervous and he didn’t speak a WORD back to me or reassure me whatsoever. Dr. Piepgrass had to have been SO ROUGH extracting my teeth that he was opening my jaw far wider than it should’ve been and i’ve been having clicking in my jaw and lockjaw WEEKS AFTER and I may have those effects for years to come. The “oral surgeon” is NOT AN ORAL SURGEON he is a Periodontist, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. THERE WAS NO PRE OP BEFORE GETTING MY TEETH EXTRACTED DIDN’T ASK ABOUT MEDICATIONS OR ANYTHING. When I was 8 days post wisdom teeth extraction I was still experiencing such severe pain I couldn’t talk or function. I asked to be seen because I was still so uncomfortable and thought something deeper could be going on. I went in and was looked at for 5 seconds by ANOTHER person before being told “everything was normal” multiple times and being dismissed with more steroids. Day 14 I had my post op with someone I hadn’t met before, and she looked in my mouth for less than a minute before saying I needed to see the oral surgeon immediately. Little did I know he’s also at their FAYETTE MALL LOCATION. I went over there and he confirmed I had exposed bone which they had told me last week was “normal” at this point he said he wanted to possibly “grind down that bone” because my gums hadn’t naturally covered it yet. Not to mention they will quote you for FAR MORE WORK THAN YOU NEED DONE!! Their prices are also extremely high. Overall a horrible experience, just go somewhere else!!

Front desk lady is not very knowledgeable about the dental procedures. I was told by her that my broken front tooth on my dental could not be repaired but it was then upon checking out she didn't know the code to use for my procedure I was told she would call me the next morning then wait 5 minutes. I was given the amount that shocked me bc I have no dental insurance but if she had known about giving estimates I could have been prepared. Karen the receptionist before was the best 👌🏾

I was visiting from overseas and needed dental treatment. Beaumont dental associates were able to see me on the day I called. They gave me sensible advice and did not try to talk me into extensive dental work that I wouldn’t have time or funds for. I appreciate their efficiency and honesty.

2nd visit here. Amber, the hygienist was the best I ever had. Gentle, kind, professional, and patient. The dentist was new to me. Didn’t introduce himself. Barely said two words. Examined me, asked if I grind my teeth, and left. I had to look on here to get his name. Strange. The exam felt thorough, however, so that I can’t complain about. The rest of the experience was 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the receptionist when I walked in she was apologetic about not being able to get in touch with me she left me a text message but I did not look at my phone so I did not know that she had done that but I was not able to get anything done because my insurance is an EPO and you do not take EPO so I would have to pay the full amount on the work that I want done so I told her that I would talk to my wife and decide on what I want to do but your receptionist was very nice and she even told me to come back that they would like to have my business.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I’m *suuuuper* picky about dentists. The staff are super timely, kind, and informative. They’re not interested in doing any work that doesn’t absolutely need to be done, which is a huge must for me. And they had marshmallow flavored toothpaste that was *glorious* Cannot recommend this practice enough and so thankful to have found them!

This was my first visit to Beaumont Dental Assiciate clinic. The staff was very attentive and kind. My dental problems were explained to me in detail and clearly. I highly recommend this clinic with very professional staff.
