Beautiful Smiles - North Miami

This place stole $6000+ from me for 2 root canals. Years later I found out they charged me for 2 more things I NEVER got done. I initially used insurance to get the two crowns done and was told that the insurance was not going through. They told me go ahead and do it and then they would refund me once the insurance got back to them. I listen to them because I was in pain and desperate. My insurance was about to expire soon. They stated that if I paid for it before expiration then insurance would still count it as payable. I did the procedure but the two crowns kept hurting. Initially they kept shaving it down, then they told me I needed a deep cleaning. They even promise that they would do it for free because they could not figure out what was wrong with the tooth. I was so young and I believed every word they said. Of course, they lied and they charged me for the deep cleaning. The reason they told me it would be free was because insurance did finally reach out to them. So after making me pay via CareCredit, they took an extra $2,000 from insurance vs refunding me like they were supposed to. After I had enough of the BS I went to another office and they said the tooth was basically infected and the root canal was done poorly! 5 years later and I'm still suffering from the aftermath. Edit: The crown is no longer in and the tooth fell out. I should have just gotten the tooth removed like I initially wanted but they kept convincing me to do the crown. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!! They we're cold and mean and unwilling to actually help. They will price gouge regular folk who do not understand the pricing, then do a shitty job. I wrote full review before and they requested that it be taken down! Hence the edit. I promise you the good reviews are lucky saps, beware!! Report them to the Florida Board of Dentistry! Build cases! Don't let it go like I did! You will regret it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Firstly ALL of the staff is extremely kind, I’m honestly surprised, it’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist office with STELLAR service . The entire staff was patient, extremely kind , and just beautiful people. Hats off to Doctor Amira as well! She made sure no one waited too long , kept checking on all patients and was super warm and welcoming . You can tell they really care here . This office is a bit further from me but I’m still going to make the drive because it’s worth it !

I would like to thank Beautiful Smile in North Miami for the outstanding care they gave me. I had an implant done with them many years ago, and when I recently had an issue with it, I went back. They treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism — and they fixed the implant at no charge, even though it was done almost 10 years ago. That level of honesty and care is rare. They truly stand behind their work and care about their patients. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for great service and great people.

I’ve gone back and forth about whether to share this, but I believe people deserve the full picture — not just what’s shown on Instagram. In March 2024, I flew to Miami for a full smile makeover after following this office on social media. I have a rare dental case, and when I found their page, I fell in love with the aesthetic, the before-and-afters, and the luxury vibe they promoted. I honestly didn’t think I could ever afford something like this, but I worked hard, manifested it, and made it happen — spending over $25,000 on a dream. At that price point, I expected not only great results, but also excellent service and professionalism. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. From the moment I arrived, the office didn’t match what was shown online. It didn’t feel as clean or organized as expected. The energy was cold. I never felt fully listened to or cared for — especially by the doctor. Despite being the face of the brand on Instagram, I only saw her once the entire year. She was dismissive, barely let me speak, and acted like my concerns were an inconvenience. I came in hoping to be heard, but left feeling shut down and honestly disrespected. Even after following up multiple times, I still have a crooked smile — and when I finally got to speak with someone about it, I was told the issue was “out of their hands” because I needed crown lengthening (something that was never brought up or explained in the beginning). That appointment felt rushed, cold, and careless — especially after everything I invested. The one bright spot was the dental hygienist Saira. She actually took time to listen, answer my questions, and make real recommendations — more than the doctor ever did. She made me feel like a person, not just a number. So no, the work wasn’t “nothing” — but the experience and the outcome were not worth what I paid. I still have unresolved issues with my smile, and I carry deep disappointment after trusting what I saw online. As a business owner myself, I understand how much effort it takes to build something — but that includes integrity, consistency, and customer care. This review isn’t to be petty or dramatic. It’s to be real. If you’re considering booking here, please don’t just rely on the Instagram posts. Ask deeper questions. Trust your intuition. I wish I had.

We have been coming here for all of our dental needs for several years. We both love all of the staff, we are always greeted with beautiful smiles, kindness, respect and professionalism. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident during visits. It’s like family! Thanks to each and everyone and to Dr. Rodriguez who I saw yesterday.
