A great dental office with amazing staff!

Beaver creek dental is the best dentist hands down!! The environment is so nice and great and the staff is beyond extraordinary! I had to bring my almost 1 year old boy with me and Mary was so patient and kind the whole time with the distractions and chaos that come with a 1 year old boy! More importantly she was very thorough with my exam and very helpful and my mouth feels very clean and attended too :) the front desk staff was so helpful in getting me established as a new patient and at check out they even gave my little boy a prize! I saw Dr. Rowley and she was great, really thorough and helpful with my questions and really welcoming to us! She even emphasized that it was good to bring my little boy to get him used to and exposed to going to the dentist so that he will enjoy coming to the dentist for the first time here soon! I couldn’t say enough great things about this place, we are super happy patients!!

Dr. Krauss and his assistant, Elizabeth, were amazing before, during and after my extraction. I was super anxious and they both went out of their way to keep me calm and comfortable.

As a new patient, I went for a cleaning first and had a great experience. The clinic was nice and clean, the staff was welcoming. The hygienist Mary did a superb job and Dr. Rowley was wonderful. I am very happy that I chose Beaver Creek Dental!

I recently moved to Knoxville from Ohio and was looking for a dentist in the area. I chose beaver creak because of my first initial impression on the phone. Kathy was so extremely helpful and sweet. They got me in the very next day for a cleaning, and when I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the staff at the front. Brittany was my hygienist, she was by far the best dental hygienist I had ever had. She walked me through my cleaning, asked me important questions to understand me, and was very gentle. I have never had such an awesome experience with a dentist before. 10000/10 recommend.

The customer service and professionalism has always been outstanding. Both Dr Smith and Dr Rowley are fantastic, and have taken the time to explain everything prior to starting the procedures I was there for. Both are extremely friendly, professional and they sincerely make you feel welcomed, and not just as a patient. Highly recommend visiting Beaver Creek and the team of outstanding doctors and employees.

Best dentist and staff around. My girls Zoey and Zayla love them so much! It was Zayla’s first visit with them today after leaving a pediatric practice and she LOVED it! I recommend to everyone I know.
