My sincere thanks to Dr. Pravisha Ma'am and Dr. Saurabh Sir for their excellent care, patience, and professionalism throughout the treatment. The dentist made sure he was comfortable at every step, and the procedure was surprisingly painless. The staff was kind, patient, and very supportive, which really helped ease his anxiety. I have nothing to say about the doctors at the establishment, but the management is the worst. I had an appointment with Dr Saurabh Gupta at 11:45 AM, booked via Practo and confirmed from the clinic. The receptionist called at 11:30 AM, when I was on the way to confirm if I was coming for my appointment with Dr Saurabh Gupta. Upon reaching the clinic, the doctor was no where to be found, rather a lady doctor was there. We waited for quite some time before being called into the chamber and I was informed that said lady doctor will be checking and Dr Saurabh Gupta won't be available up until 1pm or even later. When I protested, since I had made an appointment with Dr Saurabh Gupta, I was said to wait till 1pm and the receptionist tried to argue that said since I was on my way already, she didn't let me know that sir won't be available. They tried to guilt me into seeing a doctor I did not wish to consult, just because of their incompetence. They tried to blame me for making an appointment on Practo, but I have made appointments many time before for various doctors, never has this happened before. I urge everyone to reconsider and be careful before visiting this clinic.
