Writing this review, since link was sent to me about how my experience was! I had an appointment today. The front desk staff was very nice, and the the hygienist was considerate. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. The doctor came across as rude and dismissive. She needs to improve how she communicates with patients- by listening to them and responding with sensitivity and respect. If a patient is uncomfortable or experiencing pain during an examination, it is not appropriate to simply say, “ I told you it’s going to hurt”. Additionally if information is needed from prior dentist or doctor, then it should be requested ahead of time or asked in more professional manner. Saying “prove it that you had a deep cleaning earlier” felt disrespectful. Patients deserve to be spoken with courtesy and empathy, especially in a healthcare setting.
Our family loves Dr. Hanono! We’ve been so grateful to have found her. The office always has a pleasant, friendly atmosphere, and is easygoing and welcoming. We always feel well cared for every time we visit. Great provider.
