I had such a great experience here from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. The dentist (Dr Zak) and hygienist (Summer) were both so wonderful — they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I had to bring my 5-year-old son with me to the appointment, and they were beyond wonderful with him. They let him ask questions, included him, and were so patient while he happily “helped” and chatted during my exam. They even gave him treats afterward, which absolutely made his day. I’m so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. Truly 10/10 service — I highly recommend this clinic.

I am honestly surprised to see negative reviews about Belle Rive Dental Clinic and their amazing team. My neighbour—who is also a very dear friend and like family—referred us to this dentist, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I understand that every experience can be different, but I can truly say they care deeply about their patients. From the front staff to everyone working behind the scenes, the entire team does their best to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The front team is always welcoming. Even though they are busy, they remain very accommodating, and you can really see the hard work they put in. Dr. Bieniak-Arcuri is my dentist, and she is incredibly kind and compassionate. I’ve also noticed how she interacts with her staff, and it’s reassuring to see that she treats her team with the same respect and consistency that she shows her patients. There are other dentists like Dr Zak and Dr Appoo who also have helped me and their care is also great with the same team caring approach. Dr. Zadeh completed a crown for me, and she did an amazing job. It was a longer appointment, which can happen depending on the work needed, but she and Summer worked seamlessly together to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. After reviewing my X-rays, she also suggested a new mouth guard, which I am currently in the process of getting fitted. It’s been far too long since I had one made, and I know my jaw—and my teeth—will benefit from it. Gwen has been incredibly helpful with any billing or coverage questions I’ve had. She even takes the time to check in personally, which really shows how much she cares. She is patient, kind, and always willing to help. You can truly tell this is a family-oriented practice because of how supportive and attentive everyone is. Mel, my hygienist, is wonderful. She is thorough, professional, and always makes my husband and me laugh. She takes her time, ensures we are comfortable, and her positive energy really stands out—you can tell she’s smiling even behind her mask! In addition to assisting during my crown procedure, Summer has helped me through many difficult and sometimes painful moments. Whether it’s keeping my mouth open for extended periods or easing my anxiety, she always knows how to calm me down, talk me through the process, and remind me to breathe. Her experience and care are truly exceptional. I know I am in good hands with her always. Belle Rive Dental also does a lot for the community, which is very important to me. It truly goes hand in hand with the team’s overall attitude and the genuine care they show both inside and outside the clinic. Overall, I highly recommend Belle Rive Dental Clinic. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, and I’m very grateful to be their patient.

Dr Zak is very thoughtful, thorough and professional and explains everything in the scope of work to be performed and why, he takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I am very happy with the services provided. The assistants and staff are also very polite and courteous. I would not have a problem recommending this clinic for anyone looking for good dental services.

Dr. Karolina Bieniak was just awesome when I had an emergency apppointment. She sorted out the problem in minutes. Dr. Zak is also an excellent and gentle man. He is very kind and thoughtful and takes the time to listen. He does not rush you out the door. Mandy Wong is the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had. My wife Flora just loved her. I highly recommend Belle Rive Dental Clinc. It is a first class professional Dental Clinic.

I love this dental clinic, staff friendly, efficient, reliable, honest, very clean, and places to park. I never felt like they were trying to gouge me or push me to do work I don’t need. Prices reasonable. Dr. Huang at Belle Rive is a great dentist, he reshaped my tooth and did a great job. He worked well with my orthodontist Dr. Justin Kim at Expression’s throughout my treatment, great orthodontist also a 10/10. Melanie and Mandy are excellent hygienists. Thorough and gentle, my teeth feel amazing after. 10/10 for Belle Rive highly recommend.
