I was experiencing pain from my upper wisdom tooth and could not get an appointment with my regular dental office for over a week. I sent Belleville Smiles Family Dentistry an email appointment request after finding them online, and explained my situation, I got a phone call from their office within half an hour! They were able to see me in half an hour! I arrived at the dental office and was seen minutes after filling in the client paperwork, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating especially the very sweet and friendly dental assistant and Dr. Sudhir. They were able to take an xray and complete a consultation, which determined I actually needed both the upper and lower wisdom teeth out due to an infection unbeknownst to me! Dr. Sudhir was extremely thorough with the process and had my mouth froze, took care of an actually scheduled appointment (not rushing with me either), and came back right after to complete the extraction! He talked me through each step of the process and made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous, he made sure to ask if I was okay throughout the entire procedure! He was very personable and made me at ease with humour! The entire procedure was done very quick from start to finish, I was very impressed! He was very detailed with the aftercare instructions and left me to finish up with the wonderful ladies at the front desk! I will definitely return for all future dental needs, very impressed and highly recommend!

Very very trustworthy and honest! I highly recommend this Dentistry. I was not roped into getting extra or unnecessary treatments. The staff is amazing. You can tell it's a good workplace. Cleaning was spectacular! Will definitely be going here from now on.

I really appreciate that they don’t overcharge or try to upsell unnecessary treatments — they’re upfront and honest about costs, which makes everything a lot less stressful. They take the time to explain things clearly and make you feel comfortable during appointments. I’ve had such a positive experience that this is where I’ll be going for my Invisalign treatment as well. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about patients and keeps pricing fair and straightforward.”
Our family has had such a positive experience here. The staff are kind, patient, and great with kids! What really stood out to me was that there was a staff member onsite who knew sign language - I immediately felt a sense of connection and inclusion. It meant so much. Highly recommend this dental office for families!
Erin was great, very professional, took her time to perform cleaning. All staff was very friendly and ready to help. If they have cancellations they will ask you for additional treatment that you wana do in one session that was really great. Would recommend everyone to visit for their dental concerns. Dr shenoy was really nice guiding properly.

To say this place made me feel safe, healthy and at home is an understatement! I am NOT a fan of the dentist, however Dr. Shenoy gave me a freezing needle with such grace and skill I didn’t know I had one!! Yes that’s right, and my tooth individually was frozen not my entire side. The entire staff have treated me as if I have been a long time customer and I just attended my second visit! If you’re looking for a new, clean space with great staff and care this is your spot! Thank you so much, I cannot thank you and your team enough for the confidence I needed back in my smile!
