Belvedere Family Dentistry

I wish I could give a lower score than this. Terrible. Just horrible. I was referred to them and I DEEPLY regret it.

All the staff are very friendly and know how to solve problems. I've been to several dentists, but I prefer Belvedere Family Dentistry. 😄 I highly recommend them; I'm very satisfied and happy.

It’s a no for me, very inexperienced and shoved X-ray equipment in my mouth -after I repeatedly stated I had a hard time opening my mouth, and was uncomfortable. They are good for basic dental needs only.

Honestly, spent six years seeing this Dentist I would say he knows who he is and honestly, I am so terribly disappointed now you left me out all because he does not take my insurance, even though I am willing to pay out-of-pocket and actually an inventor if that will make sense, although he underestimated me because I have Medicaid, I trusted his instincts and had a tooth removal, and then it took longer to recover. I spoke to the new assistant tutu I would say her name was she was very friendly employed however, I am still confused as to why I never got any answers when I called upon an emergency with a chipped tooth willing to pay out-of-pocket no matter the cost because please don’t underestimate me even though I have Medicaid very confused but how was treated the staff seemed new and friendly. I would say thank you Jeff for going off and following your dreams, but honestly doctor you know who you are you really lost my confidence and all dentistry at this point then I had to go to a new dentist and I got jabbed and jagged with a shot. Honestly, the best thing you could do is give me a personal phone call and please let’s talk because I was faithful and loyal no matter my insurance please don’t judge me for that because honestly, you don’t know who I am at the end of the day and now I can pay in a pocket I do what I do with insurance because of certain reasons you wanna talk about that we can, but I really hope upon private insurance or Medicaid and you didn’t have that decision to make, but however, you had the decision to make a phone call to me. You could’ve stood up and at least acknowledge me and now I feel like like nothing in your book and our repertoire that we have made very disappointed at how this has been handled and no phone call has been made honestly other than tutu being added with a little extra excitement in her voice, other than one other adult child may be visiting you obviously I am stuck reliving my childhood trying to find a new dentist. This is why you may live in so much student debt and yet you have patience to believe in you that you may feel comfortable for several years that still sit in discomfort because you were the only one that made them feel comfortable but at the end of the day, where did you go? Where did you go? Where did you go? I believed in you at the end of the day when you lay your head down to go to bed, please ask yourself what kind of patience do you see? What kind of loyalty do you see and how are you willing to work with him and is all that money if your student debt is that high please google my professional Name that’s all I gotta say. I guess this is goodbye obviously because you didn’t want to reach out to me and you form a dental relationship with your dentist and you have trust and therefore it has been broken other people can show up like there’s no tomorrow to get dental work done that’s what I recently had to do actually and I was really disappointed, but gone by the wind student debt you get paid off. And raising kids, I kinda get it. I know I’ve heard the story so God bless you. I hope you can sleep at night other than that. Take this Google review down. I’m pretty sure you will before tomorrow morning that’s it. That’s all. I gotta say you know who I am I’m not gonna go away. But for now it is goodbye completely as you are completely unprofessional upon calling me and your pictures look great. Your website looks great but at the end of the day I spent six years with you and when I had my chipped tooth just recently, I never got a phone call back even calling the emergency line. I was still a patient there whether I have Medicaid or no insurance did you ever question if I could pay or not that’s sick

Everyone there has been very nice to me. So far I’ve just had x-rays, cleaning, dentist check. The only thing, I’m not sure about is that it seems they already have my dental work planed for the next five years. I tend to be more of a don’t fix it if it’s not broken type person.

Definitely recommend this place. The stuff was so friendly one of the best visits I’ve ever had to a dentist office. Very informant about how to properly take care of your mouth hygiene

Dr. Bansch is truly a great dentist. He discovered The osteonecrosis I had in my mouth and as a result, spared me of losing many teeth and part of my jaw. After I had all my surgeries, He made a partial denture for me. This really helped me to feel whole again. His staff is always kind and professional, and I am greatly appreciative to everyone who works there. Thank you again for all you do!

Best dental experience ever. Jeff at the front helped get my insurance coverage information for me without telling me to call myself. Jennifer gave the best cleaning ever With lots of comfort. Dr Alex answered all my questions, provided comfort and did not rush me at all. If you are on the fence, don’t be.. They are the best in town!

I’ve have had teeth pulled, partials done and replaced of one partial. The staff here are very knowledgeable and very friendly here. I Love the fact that they inform you on the care of your teeth and gums the best treatment plans that right for you with no pressure on you to make and issue. They also have a great option of payment plans. They make sure your comfort with everything that going on with you and what’s new within they practices. I wouldn’t be more pleased with Belvedere Family Dentistry. I almost refer my Grandmother to this dentist and she love it here too.

This is by far one of the best that is offices I have been too. The two receptionist were so great. They were polite and very professional. The office is located conveniently close to Uptown and the property is very clean and well-kept. Alisa was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. I have been going to the dentist since I was a young girl and this is the best cleaning by far I've ever had. She took her time and was very thorough with my mouth and made sure that my smile is going to be bright and healthy. She had a great personal touch and was sure and was concerned about my well being the during the entire deep cleaning. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received and it was a great relaxing environment to get your teeth cleaned. I would highly recommend this office to all my family and friends and all my Google friends who are looking for a great dentist office to get your teeth cleaned in a very pleasant and professional setting.
