I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Monica and the team at Beverly Hills Orthodontics. After an accident, smiling confidently again felt so far away, and I am beyond grateful to have found her. Dr. Monica is not only incredibly talented and detail oriented, but also one of the kindest and most caring doctors I have ever met. She took the time to understand my situation, made me feel comfortable every step of the way, and truly treated me with so much compassion. She has helped me feel excited and happy to smile again, which is something I do not take for granted. Her work has made such a meaningful difference in my confidence and daily life. 1 star. Absolutely terrible experience. What started as treatment that was supposed to help ultimately left me in a far worse position, with my bite significantly worsened and discussions of extensive, expensive jaw surgery becoming part of the outcome. Completely unacceptable. The office felt cold, defensive, and far more concerned with image and money than actual patient care. Concerns were brushed off, accountability was nonexistent, and the entire experience became exhausting, stressful, and financially draining. The glowing reviews honestly do not match the reality I experienced whatsoever; therefore, they make sure not a single patient expresses strong dismay against them. Patients should be extremely cautious and get multiple outside opinions before committing to treatment here. I deeply regret trusting this practice.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Maden and the whole team! The offices are sleek, modern, and high-tech, and the staff is amazing. Best of all, I absolutely love my smile--I'm so grateful I found them. I've already finished my treatment, but could not go without giving them a review. They are so detailed in the way they ensure you’re finished smile meets your expectation. Overall awesome experience with BHO! Chose them over several others and glad I did. Pricing on par with their services. Everyone has been so accommodating and kind, easy to reach to set appointments via phone, email or chat. I’m on my third set of retainers and my tech, Juan was great! Very professional, he got my retainers and the aligner buttons on my teeth squared away quickly. The office (Century City) has a nice view and a great open and bright feel to it - unique among any sort of medical office. (Don’t mind the grey day in the photo… Even with that it feels cheery in here!) Absolutely recommend them!!
