We love the BGW dental group. Everyone is so nice, very professional, they have the latest equipment, do a thorough checkup and cleaning. Dr Wells is awesome, my two root canals were painless. He explains everything he is going to do and as he goes along. He makes sure you are comfortable during the entire procedure . His assistant Sadie seems to read his mind as to what instrument he needs. He is the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been seeing them for 10 years now - starting at their Gainesville office. When their Braselton office opened, I moved to it for the convenience but still got the same great service. Caring professionals with a “soft” approach. That was very important to me since I have a slight aversion to going to the dentist.

From the front desk staff to the hygienists and Dr. Wells himself, everyone was absolutely wonderful! BGW Dental is by far the most professional and comfortable dentist experience I've ever had. After being told by a different dentistry that I had gum disease and needed an invasive procedure, I decided to go to BGW for a second opinion. The receptionists, hygienists, and Dr. Vaughn were all extremely polite and accommodating to my anxiety. They discovered during my initial exam that I only had gingivitis rather than gum disease and would need a simple debridement/deep cleaning. Even though I was getting a very minor/noninvasive procedure, they still were able to provide me with whatever level of sedation I wanted. I ended up choosing IV sedation, as my dental anxiety is severe, and they had no issues whatsoever providing me with that. They were also able to schedule my procedure only a week and a half after my initial exam and the entire process was very smooth. I highly recommend BGW.
Dr. Wells is a great Dentist and takes time to treat and resolve any new issues that you may have. He is the best dentist that I've ever had and I'm 69 years old. His assistant Star is amazing also. Very attentive and friendly. Friendly staff at check out. Great atmosphere! I can't say enough just thank you very much!
My dental hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth. It's the best cleaning that I have had compared to my previous dental office. She was also very attentive to my comfort as I have sensitivity in my teeth. Dr. Vaughan is very knowledgeable and explains dental procedures thoroughly. He answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I absolutely loved BGW dental group. I was greeted at the front and taken back by Jenn who did all my imaging and cleaning. It is a very clean and professional office. Everyone was super friendly. Asked if I had any issues, kept me up to date on what was going on step by step and really made the process flawless. The dentist came in later- again, super professional and answered any questions. I was super impressed from start to finish. I would highly recommend BGW and their staff. My teeth look and feel great!
