I recently had composite bonding done by Dr Mo Casha and had a really positive experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The procedure was efficient and everything was explained clearly. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Dr Casha to anyone considering cosmetic dental treatment.
Bad service I was seen by dental hygienist instead of dentist for my wisdom teeth filling. He messed up my teeth filling so bad that my teeth were not aline. He has to drill out the top part and all the filling has gone into my next teeth. Worse part was he was breathing right onto my face with half mask on and sweating so badly. Extremely bad personal hygiene. I am left with very bad uncomfortable teeth ans paranoia of his breathing on my face. He told me at the end he is only into 3 months into job and he is not a dent. I will never visit Bhandal dentist at folshill and not any of his surgery.
Lady who answered phone was so horrible! So so rude horrible service!
I came in to get my front bottom tooth filled in due to me chipping it, once there the dentist asked to work on another tooth aswell that apparently needed doing (ive never had any pains or anything so i didnt know something was up) i said yes and he told me if it hurt to let them know, he then filed my teeth to the point i was crying my eyes out in the chair after trying to let them know every step of the filling was putting me in extreme pain and agony, they ignored me and kept doing the procedure . I left still crying and in more pain than i came into the dentist with. I then came home and realised they shaved a hole into my tooth, and didnt even fill it in! They put filler on the tooth infront! I now have a huge hole in my tooth, the chip on my front tooth is still there as he barely bothered to sort it my bite is weird due to the filling on the wrong tooth and im absolutely terrified of dentists now! Having autism meant i shouldve had extra time to explain procedures (should be done anyways) This legal duty is called Reasonable Adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. Im disgusted with the treatment here , both bhandal dental practices (this one and the one im tile hill) are absolutely horrible and should be seriously looked into. Never coming back here, this bad review cant fix the permanant hole in my tooth but i hope i can give you insight on how terrible everything is here. Im a young person with irreversable damage to my teeth now, ive lost weight due to not being able to eat with the sensitivity and im genuienly too scared to go back. This has caused me so much anxiety
Shafeeq Ahamed was absolutely brilliant with me and my wife! I won't go anywhere else now as he was brilliant. Both him and his dental nurse were amazing
I booked an appointment because I was having tooth pain and wanted to find out the cause. At the appointment, I was told that the tooth now needs to be removed. This came as a big shock, especially because I had seen the same dentist less than a year ago and at that time there was supposedly no issue with this tooth. I do not understand how a tooth that was previously fine now suddenly needs to be extracted. I was also told that I have another cavity and that I would need to book another appointment to have both problems treated, even though when I booked this appointment over the phone, I was told everything would be done in one visit. Before booking the next appointment, I was told by the dentist that reception would require a deposit, either a half payment or full payment. As I had just been told I might need an extraction, I was understandably in shock and did not feel comfortable paying a deposit straight away. At reception, I explained that I was not ready to pay and would prefer to call back later to book, as I wanted time to think and possibly get a second opinion. I was then told that without payment there would be no appointment, which I understood. What is even more frustrating is that I have now received a bill saying I missed an appointment, even though I never actually booked one. Overall, I am very disappointed with the communication and the way this was handled. I felt rushed, pressured, and not given enough clarity or time to make an informed decision. I have also noticed that the dentists seem to work in a rush and do not use a rubber dam, which further affected my confidence in the treatment.
Hey so you never have emergency appointments available, someone will call you with a dental abscess in agony and you give them an appointment in two weeks. I managed to get seen the same day by Longfellow and the care provided there was so kind and I was treated like a human. Not only you can never get in with Bhandal, if you manage to get an appointment they cancel on the day due to dentist sickness. This happened to me twice last year which with someone with anxiety it put me off going to the dentist completely. Because then you’re in this vicious cycle of getting an appointment in two weeks and having it cancelled and it being postponed even longer. So hey guys I’ve actually already been seen by Longfellow and they actually understood the severity of how important it is to get me treatment to get me back my smile. I have already began treatment and have registered over there. Yes the treatment they are doing maybe NHS now, but I’m employed and you bet that they’ll be getting my money for cosmetic treatment too. I wouldn’t have left this review but I have been trying to call this practice for the past two weeks to cancel my appointment so they could at least offer it to someone who’s in need. I just tried again this evening and after waiting on hold forever again I decided why am I wasting my time when they don’t care about their patients? So take this review as me cancelling my appointment for 10AM tomorrow 08/05. My name is the same as my Google account. Please offer it to someone who will call you with an emergency and don’t fob them off.
I had an excellent experience doctor Shafeeq and his nurse in this dental clinic. The doctor was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and gentle approach really stood out. The nurse was equally amazing—very kind, attentive, and supportive. She made sure I was at ease and checked on me regularly, which I truly appreciated. The teamwork between them was seamless, and it created a calm and welcoming environment. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality dental treatment and compassionate service.
I had my scaling and polishing done by your Dental Therapist Mr. Shafeeq and I'm genuinely so impressed with the whole experience. 😇 From the moment I sat in the chair, Mr. Shafeeq made me feel completely at ease. He was very gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which really helped reduce my anxiety. The cleaning itself was done with great care and attention to detail - my teeth have never felt this clean and fresh. 😊 What I appreciated the most was his professionalism and kindness throughout the appointment. At first I thought he was taking his time, but it quickly became clear he was being thorough and efficient, never rushed, just genuinely focused on doing it properly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in patient comfort. I will highly recommend Mr. Shafeeq to anyone looking for dental therapist who focuses more on making his patients comfortable. 👍
If there was something lower than 1 star, I would have definitely given that. I literally had my appointment a hour ago and it was so bad, I hope whoever is reading this takes my comment into consideration. So I came in for a braces consultation and it started out nicely but quickly went sour. It felt very rushed, the main doctor (not even the staff.lol) was so arrogant. His choice of words were really poor. When I asked him to explain something he said and I wasn’t sure of, the way he dismissed me, I couldn’t help but wonder if I’ve offended him that much; “what I want u to do is GO AWAY and come back for another appointment” those where his words. A lot more happened mind you. Another thing that really got to me was the fact that the initial doctor that starts with you is not the one that will continue with you on your journey /treatment. I felt like I was bounced out of the consultation room.(I feel like the consultation took under 20 minutes). As I was walking out of the room and even into the corridor one of the staff was still explaining (bless her) cause I still had the intention of sorting it out so I can get started as soon as possible. I remember one of the staff saying to me that the doctor had 10 other patients to attend to.(after waiting for almost a month for an appointment.lol. As if I’m not a paying customer) Why overbook yourself ? Why? I choose to book an appointment because I did a research on hospitals based on price and the qualifications of the doctor so I’ll give them that the price is cheaper but hunny, I’ll rather pay a bit extra and know I’m getting the attention and care I need than choose a cheaper hospital and pay the rest with my mental health. After leaving the consultation room the only thought I had was “if I start my treatment here, they I’ll definitely regret it. I have heard of negative comments before coming but I didn’t let that affect me because I know not everyone will have the same experience but I’m really glad i got to experience it for myself because now I have no regrets and I can make my choice with more understanding of what I want. Thanks but NO THANKS.
