I had a great experience at this Dr Bickler's office. Hillary the hygienist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Bickler was equally professional and attentive, addressing my questions without rushing and making sure I felt comfortable with everything. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the visit felt efficient while still being very personal. I genuinely left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of care I received. A dog ate my dentures! I was so upset when I called this office and the receptionist was so kind! I had a very flexible schedule and was able to get an appointment very fast. Through the entire process of getting new dentures made the entire staff was very informative, kind and just really great. The dentist and his assistant are great at their professions! I was able to pick out the color and style of my new teeth. The process was actually kinda fun. Bickler really loves and takes pride in his work and it shows! If I ever need new dentures again I will come here, I highly recommend this place! Plus you can tell everyone here are just really good people. My new smile is amazing and fits perfectly. I'm a very happy customer!

I was seen for what I thought might be an urgent issue. Dr. Bickler & Team worked me in promptly. They took thorough time to examine, X-ray and advise me about my issue plus next steps. I left feeling confident, reassured and well cared for. So grateful !!

I had to have a crown put on a tooth that was causing some pain. Heather was able to get scheduled very quickly and I like that Dr. Bickler has the ability to make crowns SAME DAY!!! His assistant Sandra was so sweet and helped me relax during the procedure.
