One of the best experiences with the dentist Sam today. He was pleasant, caring, explained everything throughly from start to finish. I was very nervous he made me feel at ease. He managed to find the root cause of my pain and treated me professionally ! I will be coming back for an extraction in the near future ! Thanks Riffat Bashir
Phoned dentist on Monday as been in pain I got appointment on Wednesday morning I was absolutely was petrified. Lynn and a another girl on reception was lovely and help full and Sam the dentist put me at ease and talk me through what he was doing to me and Trish the nurse also put me at ease and held my hand not all the time. Just hope it works and thank you to you all
Amazing experience. I was really nervous as the first time in a while visiting the dentist. My appointment was with Katie the hygenist and Alice the technician. Both were incredibly welcoming and explained everything clearly. Katie with help from Alice cleaned my teeth and gums really well and very gently taking their time so as to not cause any discomfort applying a special gel first to numb the areas they were working. A pleasantly reassuring experience and would recommend Bingley dental practice without hesitation.
Paid a £25 a month dental plan with a 40% reduction on further treatment. Quoted £300 for removal of a tooth as it "has deep roots and might be hard to extract" so didn't get that done... Or £1800 for a root canal and capping which certainly was out of the price range. Didn't have an appointment with them in 6 months or so, figured I'd have a free checkup and scale and polish left from the year I've paid to them. Booked for in for February 26, unfortunately I had to cancel and rebook this and their next availability was today in April because the dentist was on holiday or something... From February to April I fell into massive financial difficulties and couldn't afford the Dental Plan for two months, in which they cancelled the plan. So from my previous appointment in May 2025 to the February 2026 last payment, I had paid £250 in direct debits to Bingley Dental Practice for them to then tell me I would need to "pay as you go" for the appointment. So the direct debits paid were for nothing and I've wasted my money. No help for the peasants here!
I came to see about having Invisalign for a second time as my front teeth had shifted slightly as my fixed retainer had broken . I was told it would cost £3000 to go back down the Invisalign route but he was totally honest with me and told me o didn’t need to spend that kind of money and go find a cheaper alternative aligner online - which I have done at £449 - I was that impressed with his honesty that I’ve signed up as a patient
I had been suffering with toothache at my review appointment with Sam. He suggested I had an extraction as the tooth was badly affected with gum disease! There was no time to do the extraction so I went away and took pain tablets. Next day Sam asked the receptionist to call me as he was wondering how I was and he had a cancellation so wanted to help me by fitting me in to extract my tooth. I very much appreciated that he wanted to help. I feel that was going above and beyond for his patients. Thank you so much Sam I’m now pain free.
