I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Iris and Dr. Justin were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Due to an error in a report from my previous endodontist, they proactively contacted the doctor themselves to confirm the details, which I truly appreciated. They were very careful, responsible, and detail-oriented. Dr. Justin explained my child’s dental condition very clearly and thoroughly, which relieved a lot of my anxiety. I also really appreciated that there was no over-treatment — all recommendations were made from the patient’s perspective. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I’ve visited five different dental clinics recently, and this was by far the best experience. I will definitely choose this office again for any future dental needs.
I have been a patient at Birch Dental for more than five years and I would never dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Justin is kind and considerate and always makes me feel comfortable with any procedure. They have come through for me when I’ve had any sort of dental pain and have been able to get me in ASAP which has been a huge relief to me as I’m quite the worrier! I see them every 6 months for my cleaning and check up. Their dental membership plan has been a great option for me as I don’t have dental insurance. The entire office is clean and beautiful and every team member is welcoming and pleasant. I enjoy being a patient here and they have really relieved all of my anxiety about going to the dentist. This is the most stress free dentist experience that you can ever have!!! I’ve been coming to Birch dental for a few years now. I discovered this place during covid, i think they just opened that time. It’s always super clean, the staff is always super courteous, and they communicate any potential charges upfront, and no surprises. They do a make a lot of effort to sidetrack their patients from pain, which I appreciate a lot!
