The hygienist done a great job. She was kind and attentive to me. She work very professional. The Dentist was unconcerned and he didn't want to explain nothing to me. Instead of teaching the hygienist a better technique. He scorned her in my presence. He disbelieve that the doctor there did filling on some of my teeth . He told me bottom left tooth will need a crewn. Left me blank with other questions and concerns. Thank you

Jamie was an exceptional RDH..the best one I have ever had here. She prepped my gums before cleaning to relieve discomfort.. she was wonderful ! 🤗💯

Dr. Swicord truly listened to my concerns and offered excellent professional guidance. Both are incredibly skilled, thorough, and professional. A huge shoutout to the front desk team as well—they are so kind, knowledgeable, and keep everything running smoothly!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I just had with Dr. Payne and her assistant Bailey. I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of anxiety, and not having dental insurance. Needless to say, I have a few teeth that needed some help. One in particular needed a near-emergency root canal and they worked me in quickly. Dr. Payne and her team were very busy and working in several rooms, but they never left me alone for long- Bailey and Dr. Payne both checked in with me frequently. They explained everything in depth, answered all my questions, and made me feel so at ease. That means so much to an anxious patient!! The procedure itself was a piece of cake- I never felt a thing. Dr Payne and Bailey had relaxed and fun conversation the whole time that kept me engaged and comfortable. I really appreciate what a great experience I had, even if it was for a root canal 🤣 Highly recommend!!

The entire staff is exceptionally professional and kind. Teyler the dental assistant is the most proficient, outstanding, and has the best patient side manner I've ever experienced. Her expertise and technical skills rivals some dentists at other offices( I thought she was the dentist initially.) Dr.Mcpeak is also exceptional as a wise practitioner. Very comforting and professional. Making an unpleasant dental procedure almost comforting. Michelle the lead receptionist is very friendly, funny, helpful, and accommodating. The fact that they are open 7 days only accentuates the level of care as they are the only place in town that are open every day.

I was a little nervous about having two root canals and a filling, but Dr. H. Grady Swicord made the entire experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to my comfort were truly exceptional. I also want to thank the two dental assistants who helped during my visit. Although I didn't catch their names, they were both incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive throughout the procedure. The front desk staff also deserve recognition for being so welcoming and accommodating. This office has an outstanding team, and every visit reminds me why I continue to come here. The level of care and customer service never fails to impress me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care.
