We’ve been told by our friend about Birmingham orthodontics and they have been told by someone else. Once we’ve told our dentist where we go she already knew them and have heard good about Dr Panesar.the whole journey was worth the price. The place is very clean and hygienic. They care even if it’s something not directly to do with braces but to do with mouth. First thing was that he explained every step and advantages and disadvantages. Today my daughter’s journey is finished and I cannot forget how nervous I was when we started this but it all went smoothly and her teeth are in line and her smile is so beautiful.

Couldn't recommend Dr Panesar and the practice more highly. I came in with irregular teeth positioning and some overlapping, and after treatment with a top removable brace followed by metal braces, my teeth have been completely sorted out. What really stood out was the incredible attention to detail throughout the process. Dr Panesar wasn't satisfied until everything was absolutely perfect, and that dedication to getting the best possible outcome really shows in the results. The care and expertise on display were truly outstanding. I'm now on a clear retainer and absolutely thrilled with how my teeth look. Before starting treatment, my teeth were significantly overcrowded and misaligned, so much so that I genuinely believed nothing could be done. I spent a long time researching different practices before finding Dr Panesar, I was 30 when I approached Birmingham Orthodontics and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My dental issues had a huge impact on my daily life. I would speak covering my mouth or mumble, and I was constantly asked to repeat myself. I avoided photographs, even with my own children, and I couldn’t imagine a future that included things like a career, marriage, or feeling confident in myself. It may sound dramatic, but my self-esteem was affected that deeply. From my very first visit to Birmingham Orthodontics, I felt reassured. I was nervous walking in, but Dr Panesar and Harvy were warm, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease.
