As much as one can say they loved a dentist appointment, I loved this appointment / loved the staff (everyone!) / loved Ally. I am nervous at the dentist, and Ally was so gentle, so thorough, non-judgmental, and listened to me. We laughed a lot, it felt like I was talking to my friend, and walked out with a clean smile.
