Bixby Knolls Oral Surgery

They made this dreadful experience much easier than i thought. I had a great surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction. Got all 4 taken out. I thought it would be much worse than it actually was, but the recovery hasn't been that bad at all. They did a fantastic job & made me feel really comfortable about the whole experience. Very professional & great staff!!

1st and foremost the staff from the front desk to the technicians were welcoming and excellent. Dr. D Smith explained very clearly the process and procedure. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr. David Smith and his staffs were very professional, helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, gave me an honest estimate, and did not aggressively tried to upsell me their services like one of the offices that I went to get 2nd/3rd opinions with! That one office tried to used sex appeal to persuade me, but I didn't cave in like the younger me would have 😅!

I recently had a tooth extraction performed at this office, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how attentive and patient the dentist was. He never seemed rushed and took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I was completely comfortable before proceeding with the extraction. His calm and caring approach helped ease any anxiety I had and made the experience much better than I expected. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and strives to provide excellent service. I am very impressed with this office so far, even tho i haven’t had my tooth extraction yet. From the phone calls with the staff (who were genuinely trying to help me) to a very clean, and well run office it seemed. That inspired me to have more confidence with my upcoming procedure since i resist going to dentists. The best part was when i had the consult with the surgeon, he informed me of exactly what he thought I needed, and not anything extra financially. That was a pleasant surprise! At this point, i would highly recommend them….

I highly recommend this facility!! The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. They explained their policies clearly beforehand. Dr Hsu was wonderful! His calm nature kept me from getting nervous. His explanation of the procedure was very thorough and informative. He even texted to follow-up on me after the procedure. He went above and beyond for my care. So happy to have found this place.

Really nice experience despite high levels of anxiety going in for an extraction. I was seen quickly and efficiently, everything was explained clearly and I felt nothing. I was in and out within 10 mins. (The office could use some more relaxing ambience maybe but since I was hardly there it didn’t really matter!)
