Westminster BJ's is so superior to the Owings Mills BJ's. IMHO, the Owings Mills store is a "dump!" My last trip the the 5 mobilitt scooters (electric shopping carts)were unavailable for use because the greeting attendant could not find any keys for them. Back to the Westminster BJ's... it is modern, has so many helpful employees (Kudos to Lena and Vickie!) Oh, the have the cheapest gas fill-up I know of. Right now (end of June 2026) if you purchase over $150 in merchandise...you get 50 cents per gallon of the price of gasoline at their pumps! BJ's Management please take note! Westminster store is top tier replacement over the Owings Mill facility....

I had a wonderful experience at BJ's With 3 Employees, Brandon, Kathy and Koreen. With a rush on carts, Brandon personally Went and brought me one while the rest We're brought ln. Kathy opened a register when business Picked up, and the points paid for my Order. Koreen is very friendly and efficient At check out. Thank you BJ's Chipper 4/26

If you have ever been to a Costco you will realize how crappy this BJs is with selection, pricing and quality. I mean, they cant even have rotisserie chickens somewhat stocked on any given day. Come on people, 1230 on a Sunday and you cant alternate the ovens to keep a good stock going?

Gave the Westminster store a try. Seemed great till there was someone in there walking their dog like it was an in-door park and not a store. Not a single employee said anything, but instead turned the other way. The dog was clearly not a service animal, you could tell from the lack of being able to ignore it's surroundings and people. This is not okay and an insult to those who actually need a service animal. Do better.

Cancel means cancel! But no, they still charge me silently for my renewed subscription even when I told them THREE TIMES I was cancelling it!

My delivery order was picked up by a driver, but the delivery could not be completed. When I called the location to seek a resolution, I spoke with a representative named Lisa Eagle. Ms. Eagle’s demeanor was entirely unprofessional; she spoke to me as if she were having a casual, confrontational conversation with a friend rather than assisting a paying member. When I requested to speak with management, the manager, Tara, initially refused to take the call. When she finally did, both Lisa and Tara were screaming into the phone and being incredibly rude. No solution was offered for my missing order. As a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location.

I had a worst experience with BJ's Westminster MD. The management at this particular center is very poor, harsh and incapable of resolving issues. I am BJ's member for the last 4-5 years. I booked a set of 4 tires for my car on Dec 2, 2025 with installation scheduled for Dec 4, 2025. I was called on morning of Dec 4 that due non availability of Technician the tires can not be replaced and next date available is in January 2026. Same day the order status changed to TIRES INSTALLED also on my app.. I called back and requested to shift tire change to another location preferably to Owing Mills being the closest site. BJ's Westminster tells me they are unable to do so, i asked for order cancellation , again we are unable to do and recommended to ask corporate office for cancellation. Today after having called local BJ;s and corporate for at least 6-7 times , having spent more than 10 hours in waiting, Talking etc i have been verbally assured that the order is being cancelled. I DO NOT believe until i see a change of order status on my app that order is cancelled. Presently the order status is TIRES INSTALLED without Installing them.
