We couldn't be more happy with our dentist, Dr. Stan Bjalajac, and his practice in Palo Alto. Dr. Stan is a perfectionist, and his eye is spot-on - he's helped me with some complicated stuff and the results are great. He's also a really nice person.

Mostly good experiences but be careful about Dr. Wagner recommending unnecessary procedures. My family and I visited the practice for several years and were very pleased with Drs. Stan, Wagner, and, before he passed the practice on, Mulcahey. But after years of bringing my daughter (elementary school age) without any issues in her dental health or major recommendations, on the last time I brought her, Dr. Wagner assessed she needed three procedures that we found out later from other dentists/doctors were unnecessary: a filling, sealants to prevent further cavities, and orthodontics. I told her our pediatrician recommended against orthodontics at this early age, and Dr. Wagner simply said “come on her teeth are growing in sideways” — needless to say my daughter became self conscious after such an insensitive comment (btw only two of her canines are slightly angled, the remainder were coming in straight ). Then Dr. Wagner did not explain what sealants are or why she recommended them. I found out later they are such an expensive but completely optional procedure so it was a bit mystifying why Dr. Wagner was so certain she needed them given our daughter had NO history of cavities and had, and still has, excellent dental health. Last but not least, we did not get the filling simply since we had to move out of the country within a short time frame. We assumed the next dentist would recommend a filling in the same spot. Over the nearly next two years with two dentists and multiple exams and X-rays in, they never found decay or recommended a filling in that spot or elsewhere… All of this was very disturbing given the scale of recommended changes and cost that turned out to be completely unnecessary. Very disappointed about the unprofessional demeanor and recommendations on our last visit. I was hesitant but decided to write this review out of concern for other patients.

Worst dentist ever I am in a power wheelchair ever since the manager Michelin hit me on the back of the shoulder blade. They will not see me anymore. He wouldn't let me tell my side of the story or where I was coming from. They would not listen to me whatsoever. If it was up to me, do not go to this dentist ever. I had asked Micheline not to touch me. And she touched me anyways. After. I'd call the police on Her for hitting me on the back of the shoulder blade. So, if you have any special needs, people in your highly highly. Recommend you going somewhere else. They take advantage of special needs, people big time. They don't. Listen to them or where they are coming from. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr B for the past 10 years now and he is hands down the best dentist ever! I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Dr. B and his team. I have gotten a crown replaced, a root canal done and some cavities filled and every time had the best experience. He follows up with calls outside clinic hours to make sure you don't have any concerns. Never has he asked to get any dental work that wasn't truly required. Always advocates for the best outcome for the patient. Dr. B himself is truly exceptional at what he does. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but he also takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns. His gentle demeanor and genuine concern for his patients' well-being immediately put you at ease. You won't go wrong with this dental practice.

Caring gentle knowledgeable great team and great facilities

Dr. B and his team are the BEST! I have been a loyal client of their for over 5 years and I can't imagine a more caring, expedient, professional, and thorough experience in a dentist's office. They always run on time and get you through as swiftly as possible. Plus, I really trust the level of care I get and leave feeling so thankful for such excellent dental care. Thank you, Dr. B., and everyone on the team who keeps the wheels turning over there!
