My sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ahmed for his outstanding work in implanting and fitting the tooth, and for his skill, care, and attention to detail. Honestly, I was impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and courteous manner, which made my experience very comfortable and exceptional.

Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor and I’ve been with him for more than 3 years and very happy. However the reception team is something that totally ruins any good impression from the doctor. They don’t answer, promise to come back to you but never do, ignore your messages or the calls. It is a stressful challenge to get any arrangement from the clinic. Would recommend but would not recommend how clinic employees treat the patients.

Dr Ahmed was so amazing from start to finish. Him and his team made me feel so comfortable as someone who is nervous of the dentist I couldn’t recommend him more.

I did a veneers with my wife here in the clinic black diamond . Everything was nice and the doctor Ahmed Ghany was kind and always available same as all the staff there . I suggest to go to there for anything , cleaning veeners medical issue .

I recently inquired about laser packages at Black Diamond, and I have to say, the experience was genuinely impressive especially because of Nadin. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and very easy to communicate with. What stood out the most was how well she understood my situation. Since I’m currently traveling, I couldn’t visit the clinic immediately, and instead of constantly following up or overwhelming me with messages, she respected my time and space. Her communication was clear, professional, and very client-friendly. She explained everything patiently without any pressure, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a potential client. Honestly, it’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a human touch. Loved her approach definitely looking forward to visiting once I’m back!

doctors are really fine and polite but is the second time Im on the way or already in the clinic and they cancel the appointment passed the time or say there was a inconvenience, but when u are 2 minutes delay they are already rushing u. u get what u pay for, I got laser treatment and they should let u know before hand that they only do laser at friday and sunday, if u are lucky u can get a appointment that is not gonna be cancel in these two days

I did an under eye treatment and honestly it was amazing! The doctor explained everything to me step by step, so I felt super comfortable the whole time. The results are incredible, I’m really happy with how it turned out😁

Dr Sina always fits me in even for a last minute appointment, he is very professional and does cleaning and whitening with care. Even though im anxious he has a calming nature. He is very polite and it is always a pleasure. Thank you for your excellent service and my whiter teeth!

I had a laser treatment at this clinic and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The results exceeded my expectations, and the therapist AreeJ was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
