Reception Lady called Lavae very welcoming, well mannered girl always helps with everything I need & getting my appointments. Reception area & rooms always clean & Tidy. Lavae will go above & beyond to help you if it’s needed she will always go out of her way 🩷🩷

Always had great experience at Blackley Dental each time I visited. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, and the waiting room was always clean and relaxing. The dentist was patient and always talked through every step of the procedure, which completely put my dental anxiety at ease. The treatment itself was completely pain-free, and the aftercare advice given was clear and excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist. This place feels like a revolving door, and the PPE bin being consistently full to the brim seemed to reflect a high-turnover environment. In my experience, the consultation focused heavily on treatment costs rather than a detailed discussion of my dental needs. After a brief count of teeth, the conversation quickly turned to treatment fees. I would have preferred a clearer explanation of my condition, the available options, and a treatment plan before discussing costs. If you're paying privately, I would strongly recommend shopping around and obtaining a second opinion. We did exactly that and saved at least £850 per person on comparable treatment at another dentist a few miles away who, judging by appearances alone, seemed as though they would have been considerably more expensive. Businesses need to make money, and there's nothing wrong with that. However, I felt the balance between patient care and sales was not where it should have been, to the extent that I came away feeling there was a financial incentive behind the recommendations being made. I fully expect the standard response that there is no pressure to proceed with private treatment, that treatment costs vary, and that all recommendations were made in my best interests. However, this review reflects my genuine experience as a patient and the impression I was left with.

Have been coming to this dental practice for just over a year now. Absolutely first class treatment. Friendly staff. Always put you at ease. And explain things clearly and precisely.

Jessica was great, we was late for our appointment and when I call to say we would be late Jessica was lovely on the phone and very very pleasant. We got to the appointment over 10 minutes late and it was Jessica that asked the dentist to still see us and I honestly dont think we would of been seen if it wasn't for her, she was a godsend to us and made our whole experience better as we are very nervous patience Jessica made us feel as ease

We had a great experience at this dental clinic. My daughter was really nervous at first, but Dr.Feras was amazing with her and made her feel very safe and comfortable the entire time. He was patient, kind, and explained everything in a way she could understand. By the end of the visit, she was calm and smiling, which says a lot. I truly appreciate how well he treated her and would definitely recommend this place to other parents.
