Scheduled appointment with Ryan, dental hygienist and given Brenda. I asked why, she didn’t know why staffing gave me to her instead of Ryan. I asked another employee, was told it was because installation of crowns - Ryan had another appointment and could not assist with crowns to be installed - so Ryan was assigned to another patient for teeth cleaning. Office did not let me know this, I had to find out on my own. Brenda did not rinse my mouth with water after scaling my teeth unless I asked her to do so, she would only use air to clear teeth she was working on. I always ask for scaling - not cavitation, which is in notes in my chart. She asked if I want caviteon! When I asked if there was a charge for teeth cleaning she said no. There was a charge. When she was done, did not offer me a new toothbrush.

My experience was great,the staff was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this location.

First time going here and the experience was amazing. Dr. Jose was so nice and explained everything were we could understand and was so attentive to my husband who needed 2 extractions.

My latest visit to Blanco North Dental was for the delivery of a new crown, replacing an old one. The process was smooth and painless. As usual, Dr. Cortes was efficient and professional, in addition to being one of the kindest people I know. I have been a patient here for 15 years and highly recommend them.

Ruined my smile, my crowns are very disappointing and will have them redone by a different dentist. Also they constantly cancelled and changed appointments that I scheduled.

All the staff, hygienist, and dentist were wonderful. Ryan was excellent with the cleaning and X-ray. He was gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Gonzalez did the exam he explained everything that needed to be done and had a plan. Then I sat down with a very nice lady who had a plan broken down in to steps and prices and what my insurance covered. She was able to book my next 2 appointments . The collaboration and communication between them all created seamless process that didn't leave me overwhelmed. The plan was printed out for me to take home with prices. Once you are set up as a patient you are give a text thread to ask questions to any of the staff or Doctors. This a very positive experience.
