I have challenging dental needs and Dr. Carter is so patient and works really hard at finding treatments that will work for me. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, and the updates to the office & waiting room are very nice. I went there when Dr. Lawler was there. I just visited Bloom Dental today for a disslodged crown. Dr. Carter was not in so I was seen by Dr. Smith. I wasn't sure if it broke off or became unsealed. She was thorough in her evaluation of the issue and gave suggested treatment, but left the decision to Dr. Carter when he returns next week. His assistant was also involved. Thankfull for being seen quickly to know what to expect.
It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment as a new patient. All of the staff I had to interact with were incredibly friendly. Dr. smith is amazing with explaining the process of treatment and very gentle during the procedure. I wish I could give this review extra stars simply for the fact I got the pleasure of getting to listen to Nickleback during my procedure waiting for the doctor, made the experience so much more enjoyable.

First visit to Bloom dental and speaking with Dr. Carter and his assistant Colin helped ease my anxiety. Setting the hardware in my gum bone was painless and assistant Colin is so personable he had me laughing in the chair. Quick, simple and painless. I’m in my second week of recovery and gums were tender for just a couple days but certainly not painful.
