I had a really great experience during my dental treatment. The staff were unbelievable and extremely professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, clearly explained my dental problems, and provided the best possible solutions. I really appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was throughout the process. The level of care and service was truly outstanding — honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. It’s one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, caring, and knowledgeable dental staff. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent service!

I qualified for CDCP I interviewed 4 dental places Blossom Smiles Dental was chosen on Fairview Road Burlington 1. They did not charge extra to what the Government gave in the program. 2. They had a nice clean store with equipment on site such as X-ray etc. I entered 18 th September 2025. At this time of writing I do not have my dentures ( 5 th March 2026) but the disgusting part is , they already claimed payment. Going back 3/4 time for fitting they ground the dentures in my mouth. About the 5 th time the said take it home it’s done. I took two bites of stirfry and the teeth became loose. The gum suction just seemed to open up. I returned with product. The attendant felt the teeth just dropping out of my mouth. They prepared some filler (don’t know the proper name is) and took an impression with that teeth in my mouth. I asked if they would use that same teeth and I did not get an answer. I told them that if they used that same set I would refuse. The said no it would cost $1500 for another set. I told them they screwed up along the way and it was part of business. They said no. I called Sunlife Insurance and told them my story and they said the company had claimed the money. $3500.00. I told them it is fraud as I do not have the product as it was no good. 21/2 hours on the phone calling back to get a better person same result. Called Royal Colledge Dental of Ontario. I must use website and state my complaint in writing. Called Sunlife Insurance again and I told them it was the same as the USA was experiencing, A. There is a program B. The company is paid by Sunlife Insurance with no checks and balances with the customer. C. The Government pays the Sunlife insurance company without checking if service was complete and provided. They put me through to 3 persons Eventually reaching a lady who said she would submit a letter to the Dental company for a refund to Sunlife insurance and I was to call in 8 weeks to see if refund is returned then I can get another denturist. If they do not return the refund. I LOOSE. lol.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Blossom Smiles. This was truly the best care I’ve ever gotten. Dr. Heba is fantastic; she takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely comfortable. Hicham is also a star—he is so friendly and helpful with scheduling and paperwork. Amazing dentists!! Honestly i moved away from Burlington but id make the drive all the same because the drs and assistants there are very patient, welcoming and always attentive to every detail. They’re also very patient with my son. I was worried that he would be scared of the dentist but thankfully due to their professionalism and attitude he actually keeps requesting to go with me. Highly recommended

It was nice to receive service from Dr. Heba and the team. I had a tooth extracted done & adding bone. The procees went very smooth, they are very professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Will get done an implant soon!
