Listen Bonnie and her staff are absolutely pleasant and made my oral surgery experience wonderful for the 2nd time in a row. The staff are all so warm and easy to talk to Dr. Bonnie explained the entire process prior to performing the procedure making my experience an overall success. The decorations was a plus if you love an "under the sea" atmosphere. 🐳🐚🪸🪼🐬
I was referred here by my dentist and it looks like Dr. Arroyo’s practice generally has really good reviews so I’m sure I just got unlucky, but based on my experiences I would not recommend this practice. I paid a few hundred dollars for a consultation appt & x-rays, which I did not question at the time. At the office, I was told my surgery would cost about $500. Later in the day, they called me and said my surgery would actually be almost $2000 because my “plan of care had changed” ??? Then, they cancel my surgery an hour before I’m supposed to be there because the Dr. hurt her back. Completely understandable, whatever. I reschedule for a few weeks later and they cancel within an hour AGAIN because she hurt her hand this time. Completely understand that things happen but I do not want someone that unreliable performing surgery on me. I asked them to send my deposit back (which they did immediately to be fair). I scheduled an appt. with the Maryland Center for Oral Surgery and dental implants, where the consultation is free, $90 for x-rays, my surgery is $1400 with no deposit. Would highly recommend seeing a bigger, better-resourced practice.
Excellent does not even begin to describe the skill set, professionalism, and kindness I experienced at Dr. Arroyo’s office. From the moment I arrived there to the moment I left I felt safe, respected, and heard. I was honestly overwhelmed with how positive the experience was. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The procedure itself was quick and painless! I am honestly shocked at how great of a time I had getting dental surgery done! I never thought I’d be saying that! I just wanted to take the time to recommend Dr. Arroyo and her practice to others. Her staff, assistants, and of course Dr. Arroyo herself are just exemplary. There is no doubt in my mind that I would return to her for any future work. And I highly recommend her to others!
Dr Arroyo and staff are absolutely amazing. Got 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted last Friday and it was a pleasant experience. Her team followed covid guidelines, and made me feel safe. After the procedure, Dr Arroyo called to make sure everything was okay. I am a hypochondriac, so when I noticed bleeding after 4 days of surgery I decided to text her and she responded within minutes. Stop your research and come see Dr Arroyo and team!
I had a surgery with Dr. Arroyo yesterday morning and feel great now. I am so excited about her job. I was really nervous until the minute just before those guys proceeded to the surgery. I am so happy with my decision to have her as my doctor. I just followed her prescription word by word( it is very straightforward) and Today morning, I was asking my husband why I don’t have any pain...I also, like her positive energy , her nice assistant and staff.They are the most friendly and nice ones I have ever seen so far. I want to add the atmosphere and decorations are great. Very lovely and creative one... thank you for being so kind and responsible to your patients. 🙏 Please go to her if you want to make sure everything will go nicely...
