horrible. dentist was very rude as well as receptionist dr khan really misbehaved first week he was being rude i didnt say anything second time i came he started being rude. my cousins come here and say the same about him it also seemed very rushed. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

I have been visiting Mr Khan at bordsley dental practice since I was a child and I wouldn't go to anywhere else. By far the best dental practice in Birmingham simply book and you get an appointment as soon as possible. I have Always felt so welcome and treated with care which is the main thing when getting your teeth operated on. I really feel like the dental practice deserves praise because for years it has kept up a professional reputation, all of my relatives use Mr Khan and they wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thankyou

Since a child I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Dr Khan is the best, he always manages to put me at ease, knows how to calm me down, gives me the time I need if it all gets too much instead of just getting on with the task at hand. He is such a lovely, kind & caring man who I've had the pleasure of knowing for many, many years who I see as a friend not just my dentist. I don’t know where to start but whoever reads this please take note as I can honestly say you will never get a better dentist than dr Shamsul Khan he goes above and beyond for you and the care he he offers is something you will never experience anywhere else. I have been using this practice since a toddler and I can honestly say I’m so thankful that I have such a amazing dentist who I put my full trust in because I know I’m in safe hands. I have my 3 young children who sees him and everytime they know they have to see dr khan they get so happy because he welcomes them with fun and most of all his so caring when would children enjoy going to a dentist that’s how amazing he is he will always fit you in whenever you need treatment. The last thing I want to add is how super clean the practice is and the staff are so friendly and helpful but what do you expect when you have such an amazing leader in dr khan thank you for everything you do for me and my family.

The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the practice itself is consistently clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to highlight Dr Khan’s dedication and commitment to his patients. He has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. Most recently, he stayed after hours to complete an extraction because I had to work late. He did this without any complaint, purely to ensure I received the care I needed. His willingness to sacrifice his personal time truly demonstrates how much he puts his patients first. The treatment quality at the practice is excellent, and the team communicates very well—always keeping me updated and contacting me whenever an earlier appointment becomes available, especially when I need to be seen urgently. I have never experienced any issues with the practice, and I believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service and patient-centred approach.

I was able to get an appointment just a week after calling, which was great. Staff were very friendly, Dr Hasan Abdullah and took the time to walk me through and explain my options for retainers and Invisalign. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and the environment was very comfortable, making it easy for me to ask anything I needed. Overall, a really positive experience.
