I came to Boston Prosthodontics after a really stressful experience trying to get a night guard made elsewhere. I had multiple scans, a direct bite impression, and several night guards made by my previous dentist, but they would all fail after only a few months. Eventually, they made one that was extremely bulky, and even after about an hour of adjustments, it still never felt quite right. It left me constantly worried that I would not have a reliable night guard to protect my teeth. I decided to start fresh and give Boston Prosthodontics a try, and I am so glad I did. Dr. Mariam Malament was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly detailed, focused, and attentive in a way I have honestly never experienced before at a dental office. She noticed things that others had missed, and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting everything right. During the bite scan, I felt my teeth move slightly and mentioned it to the technician. He reassured me that it should not be a problem, but when Dr. Malament reviewed the scan herself, she noticed the same issue and redid it personally. That one moment completely changed my confidence in the process. If she had not caught that, I would have been anxious the entire time wondering whether the final night guard would fit correctly. Instead, I left feeling like I was finally in the hands of someone who was truly on top of every detail. The whole experience gave me a level of trust and peace of mind I had been missing for a long time. I commute from New Hampshire, and even though the office is about an hour away from me, I will never go anywhere else. Boston Prosthodontics has earned my trust completely, and I plan to make this my primary dental office going forward. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
