Boston Vitality

Painful to write this review after bing a client for nearly 3 years and paying them near $6000. I recently had an issue with my HSA card which caused my non essential Rx to be delayed for a few weeks. I finally got it rectified and advised them to process the Rx, only to be advised that “We are happy to hear that everything with your HSA card was sorted out. After 31 days of outdated billing information, your membership was cancelled & account was closed. We can certainly reopen your account in accordance to our current pricing options. We offer $675/10 weeks, $1200/20 weeks, & other options as well. Let me know what works best for you moving forward.” This represents a 46 percent increase in cost for a “membership”. Incredibly shady, transactional, and without any warning on a “cancelled membership”. There are many other clinics that would take my $200 a month. Unbelievably poor customer relations.

Results are truly life changing. Changes occur gradually but consistently. The care is excellent with regular testing to ensure optimal dosage as your body changes. I can’t say enough about the people, the convenience and ( most importantly) the results. Better health. More energy. Leaner body mass. It’s been an extremely important and life altering process
