I’ve been seeing Zoey, the hygienist. My gums are stable thanks to the efforts of Bowery Dental. Front office is very efficient. Appointments run on time. One final thought to add. Staff is very patient with people like myself who are afraid of dentists and all dental procedures. I’m able to go year after year with considerably less fear.

The first thing I’ll say is how grateful I am that this practice was kind enough to accommodate me into their schedule, even thought I was running about 20 mins late to my appointment. For an intake appointment this can make things difficult but regardless, the quality of my visit was excellent. Everyone on the team that day, including the concierge, hygienist, x-ray tech were all very friendly and professional. I only have good things to say about Dr. Song; it’s been a while since I felt at ease in the dentist’s chair so I appreciated how much he listened to my past experiences, and also the fact that he was so thorough in his examination & explanation. It made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Lastly, I’m most appreciative of how gentle and kind he was when explaining what issues I have and what the best course of action would be to address them. Instead of leaving the office with anxiety, I went on with my day with the confidence that his treatment plan would be effective. 10/10!
