Do not recommend for non-pediatric dentistry! I’ve been going to Boylston Street Dental since I was 12 (before they moved to Route 9), and the level of attentiveness and respect drastically diminished after I stopped seeing the pediatric side a few years ago. At my most recent cleaning, the hygienist was incredibly rude and dismissive of my pain. I was in tears, and she simply said it was my fault for not flossing every day. I tried a different dentist today, where they caught 3 cavities due to the natural deep grooves in my molars and the sealant I got when I was 13 having worn off. At no point did the care team at Boylston Street Dental indicate that this was a potential issue during my last visit. I am deeply upset at their negligence.
I couldn’t be more impressed by the pediatric group at Boylston Dental. My girls absolutely LOVE going to the dentist - the team there is so warm, they truly understand kids, and they go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. Dr. Gollob is wonderful and I know that if anything comes up (for instance chipped front teeth!!), she will be quick to help us out. Things that really help the whole experience: tv’s on the ceilings, prizes at the end of the appointment, the no-cavity club, and the kindness of the techs and dentists.
When your 4 year old wakes up and the first she says “YAY it’s the dentist today”, I think that says it all when it comes to a review! We’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else! Dentists, hygienists and all staff are incredible and I cannot recommend them enough! My daughter gets the best oral care with modern facilities, top of the line equipment and all the added extras to make every visit memorable!
I recently took my 1 year old twins for their very first dental check up and I could not recommend Boylston Street Dental Group pediatric department enough! Our hygienist, Courtney and Dr. Gollab did an excellent job making the dentist visit so fun for the babies and very informative for us parents! They made us feel special with a new patient welcome board and even made the babies crowns! They left with new toothbrushes, tooth paste, stickers and rubber ducky prizes! They applied fluoride on the kids teeth and sang fun songs and even let us take photos so we would never forget our first dental visit! We give them a 10/10 and look forward to our next visit!
