Kind staff, good work

They overcharged me after my insurance coverage and refuse to return the funds. I've been told 5 times after countless phone calls that it would be sent to me and they are just giving me the run around for the last year. Look for a different dentist if you want to be treated right.

***Update! I hate doing this because overall they have lovely people working with them. They were super patient and always nice. My biggest issue is the price. I had invisalign through them which was fine. I completed it about 3 months ago and was told I could get vivera a set of I believe 4 for $500. I declined because I was going to get the one that came with my treatment plan. Well my retainers were thrown out accidentally and I needed a new pair. I called today and was told it was $800 for replacements. $800 when it was $500 just 3 months ago is crazy! It's really unfortunate cause I really liked that team. I got an appt with another dentist and will be getting 4 replacements for $500. All I can say is that they are amazing. They are patient, understanding and just plain funny!! I would never go anywhere else

I am 70 and have been going to dentist all my life. I have just experienced one of the best dentist hygienist I have had the pleasure to see. Her name is Monique , you must ask for her. You walk away truly believing you will keep your teeth for another 70 years. Great job Monique, and great hire Braseltonsmile!

My experience at Braselton Smile studio was great. The staff and Dr. Workman was awesome. My procedure was smooth, I can honestly say that's the easiest and most comfortable I've ever been in a dentist chair.

Update: I just got my official notice from my dental insurance and they were OUT OF NETWORK for me!!! I specifically asked the lady that answered the phone before my procedure if they were in my network and she said she needed to check then came back on and said yes. Now I am stuck with a $4000 bill. I was in an emergency situation which is what led me to them in the first place. That is my fault for not doing more research and their fault for misleading me. Yeah, I can never do business with them again and will not be recommending anyone unfortunately. Original Post: Nice people, but they always seem to have some technical issues that has me going from chair to chair. There were also a few times I ended up in pain during my procedure. I have had procedures done in my past and none of them had me feeling any pain during the visit. It just didn't give me the comfortable I want to come here again vibe so unfortunately my search for a primary dentist continues on. It's not a bad dentist office, just seems not quite there yet. It could just be my experience.

I've always been afraid to go to the dentist, but Dr. Workman and her team completely changed that for me. From the moment you walk in, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They take the time to explain every procedure so you know exactly what to expect, which makes such a difference. Their kindness, patience, and welcoming spirit truly stand out. I'm so grateful for the amazing care I've received here. I can honestly say I will never go to any other dentist. Thank you, Dr. Workman and team, for making such a positive experience!

By far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Front desk is so patient and helpful, dentist is very respectful and gentle. Everyone there is so awesome 10/10 recommend. (Especially if you have anxiety about going to dentist)
