Best Periodontist in Denver! I came to his office to get a second opinion after being told by another office I needed over 12k in gum grafts. Dr. Gurinsky refused to measure my gums until after a deep cleaning. Following the deep cleaning, I only needed two grafts. Which was no where near what the previous office told me I needed. He not only saved me thousands, but he is thorough, talented, and honest. I would highly recommend his office:)

Dr. Gurinksky is the best. Extremely competent and has done nothing but great work for me. I had an extraction, sinus lift, and implant procedure. I couldn’t recommend him more for your periodontal work. He is also calm and personable, and the reassurance him and his office manager provided made my experience much better. Stacy at the front desk was delightful to work with as well!

Dr Gurinsky is the best

Actually I have done a successful surgery in Brian Gurinsky's clinic. But when I face with what kind of denture suitable for me, he gave me time and answered all my questions and concerns. He is not only professional, he is nice well.

I highly recommend Dr. Brian Gurinsky. He performed a tooth extraction and dental implant for me, and I could not be happier with the care I received. Dr. Gurinsky is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. He took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. His bedside manner is excellent, and he genuinely cares about his patients. What impressed me most was his coordination with my regular dentist to ensure I had an Essix retainer with a temporary tooth during the healing process. The communication between providers was seamless, which made the entire experience much less stressful and allowed me to maintain a normal appearance while healing. The procedure went smoothly, and the quality of his work was outstanding. If you are looking for a periodontist who is highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, Dr. Gurinsky is an excellent choice.

I truly appreciate the time Dr Gurinsky took to explain the procedure. He's a very good listener which is important to us older folks. I will be back again for my second procedure. Thank you for making the whole process easy and not as horrible as I imagined.

Needless to say, gum surgery is not a fun experience, but Dr. Gurinsky made the entire process smooth and easy to handle. His communication and clinical skills are superb, and he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

Gum grafts aren't anything I'd recommend if you can avoid them, but Dr. Gurinsky does a great job if you need it. He and his office staff are polite and make the experience as painless as possible. They are efficient and very good at follow up and ensuring the procedure goes well. I would definitely return to him if I needed this done again.
