Total ass, we have been rescheduled three times for my daughter's appointment because the doctor who is supposed to see her ends up not showing up. The second time we called to confirm and when we were only 5 minutes away they called to reschedule us. We drove over 30 minutes to come out here only to be told no one is available to see her. Oh and they were charging my insurance when scheduling as if my daughter was actually being seen. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

I’m not one to be a “karen” as i do exactly as the front desk does for my job at baptist. BUT as i must say saturday 08/08 the front desk decided to show up at 9 and all there was a DR and assistant and one ortho assistant. not one of them knew how to work the front. That’s upsetting because my appointment was at 8AM. i sat in the lobby until 9:20 and got called back. I had plans to be with my family as soon as my appointment was done but as i mentioned the delay i had to tell my family i'm running late due to the unprofessionalism. so if i may say next time the front decides to not show up the back office should know how to cover the front incase something happens like this again.

Just want to re-up my earlier experience from a few years ago....once again: Excellent customer service, excellent prep (x-rays, pre-cleaning) and superb dentistry….thank you🤩

This was BY FAR the WORST dental company I have ever visited. The only positive remark I can make was one woman, Angelica, at front desk who was so kind and compassionate despite the MANY disappointing mistakes Brident made, and she was only helping this location. It’s not even her home office location. Eli was just as amazing, the dental assistant held my hand and soothed me distracting my mind as I got quite nervous when I ACTUALLY was able to sit down in the chair to be worked on. The kindness and consideration demonstrated by these two was the only reason I could give this place even a star for a rating. Now for the issues I faced, Many times I had to be rescheduled due to their incompetence. The second time was despite being assured that it would be fine to see a new doctor, I received a call two hours before my appointment time to say The Doctor wanted to leave early and didn’t feel comfortable seeing me since they had not seen me prior. I was been informed that since this would be my third reschedule to go ahead and get me with the same Doctor who saw me last time. I got my appointment scheduled. I arrive and was later informed some of my services were not covered by a Worker’s Comp. injury, despite being assured that it was prior. I then decided to pay for the service that was not covered and they took my payment, only to call me up five minutes later and say actually The Doctor who is in is not eligible to see me. I PAID A SERVICE I DIDNT RECEIVE THAT DAY! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. At this point, I was quite upset and even explained that I was scheduled today to make sure I was with the same doctor only to be told that the Doctor who saw me was not in and that they took my payment before even verifying I could have my service performed. After another reschedule, I arrive to have my chipped tooth and cavity filled, Once it is done, I realize there were some errors and sit back in the chair and believe they had fixed them. I leave only to return 10 minutes later as pieces of my tooth start chipping off that was supposed to be my filling. By the time I returned, they had closed two hours early because people wanted to go home and I was the last appointment for the day. As I have waited for this next appointment to fix my tooth, more pieces have begun to chip off. I don’t understand how Within five minutes, the work begins to fall apart on my teeth. I am mortified and so deeply embarrassed to even smile right now. I am disgusted with the service, lack of professionalism, and sheer inconsistency and incompetence this company shows. I will give an update after my “fixed” service. Edit: I came in and didn’t receive my service bc I had to be rescheduled again🤣🤣 please don’t waste your time. I am canceling my appointment and forfeiting workers comp coverage to pay for PROPER care at a different company.

NEVER go to this dentist for general or orthodontic care. I am absolutely furious with how this office handled my son’s appointment. His orthodontic appointment for 9:00 AM today was scheduled back in May. We even received an email YESTERDAY confirming the appointment. We showed up this morning only to find that there wasn’t even front office staff there to check patients in. A hygienist was trying to handle the front desk. There were two patients there for orthodontic appointments, including my son, and we were then told the orthodontist wasn’t even there today and that someone should have contacted us to reschedule. Obviously, that NEVER happened. Instead, they sent us a confirmation the day before! The person helping at the desk looked into it and confirmed that my son was apparently supposed to have been rescheduled for tomorrow, but nobody actually did it or bothered to notify us. Then I was told the next available appointment was a WEEK away during school hours, and the next Saturday appointment wasn’t available for a MONTH. And somehow it gets even more frustrating. The phone number listed for appointments goes to a corporate scheduling office, NOT the local office. I have made 15+ phone calls this morning trying to reach this location. I have called the number I was specifically told was the local office. I have had another location transfer me directly to them. I have had the corporate office transfer me directly to them. They simply do not answer the phone. Calling the corporate scheduling line is frustrating in itself. Every time I deal with their scheduling agents, what should be a simple appointment takes a good 20 minutes because they go through unnecessary questions and information. On top of that, they repeatedly seem more interested in asking for referrals for other potential patients than simply handling the reason you called. When you're just trying to schedule or fix an appointment, the last thing you want is to sit through a drawn-out conversation about referring friends or family. So not only can this office fail to notify you that your confirmed appointment isn’t actually happening, apparently there is also no reliable way to contact the local office afterward to get the problem resolved. I wish I had stayed the extra 15 minutes this morning and waited for the manager to arrive instead of assuming I would be able to call the office once I got home. People rearrange work, school, transportation, and their entire mornings around appointments. If you can send an automated email confirming an appointment the DAY BEFORE, you can make sure the provider is actually going to be there—or at the very least CALL THE PATIENT and tell them not to show up. Between the scheduling problems, lack of communication, inability to reach the local office, and frustrating corporate scheduling process, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. Completely unacceptable.

It just crazy how i have 3 kids with this company 2 for ortho. Now regretting giving them customers because at the end they don’t care for the patients. We all have federal insurance and we paid out of packet as well. But scheduling it is ridiculous the hours they have online is not the hours they provide services. I strongly believe the staff creates their own schedule. Online states the services until 6pm. Not true the latest they see pt is 2pm or 3pm. The funny part is you call the main line scheduled with them for later to be “rescheduled “ by the staff from the clinic. I strongly believe the main line scheduling line should be accurate with the location schedule hours and more importantly the location hours listed online should be providing to customers! Otherwise it is false advertising

Worst experience I have been waited for my appointment almost a month, when I come over and they will try supposed to see the doctor, they made excuse and put another one, on my schedule time and have me to visit Dr. in about another month. Never come here

Really great and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and made the process for three of my kids smooth. Would recommend to anyone to give them a try. Maddie the experience for my nervous littles very easy. No tears no fuss.

The front desk ladies and Chris in the back, were very professional and friendly. Thank you Chris for doing amazing at cleaning my teeth.

I have been coming here for 2 years, and even when the orthodontic schedule changes, the staff remains professional and efficient. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and I have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend this dental clinic. 😊🦷

I was planning on coming here as a new patient but I am seeing too many red flags on here so NO thank you
