I have been coming here for 2 years, and even when the orthodontic schedule changes, the staff remains professional and efficient. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and I have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend this dental clinic. 😊🦷

Recently went to get some fillings done. I paid 300 prior to my services being completed. Dentist stated I only needed partial of that service done after all and informed front desk I will be needing a partial refund from the 300 I paid. The front desk wasn’t competent enough to know how to give a refund ( I’m not sure how) so they said they would give me a phone call. It’s officially been 4 business days and I followed up with a call to ask about my refund. All front desk said again was ONLY THE MANAGER knows how to give a refund (sketchy) and that the manager would give me a call back. I have yet to receive a call again. Do not trust these people with your money until you get your service completed. This made me feel very uncomfortable since the company is quick to take your money but will give you a hard time when it should be rightfully returned. I’m not sure how this practice is getting business when nobody in the building but the manger knows how to issue refund. I assume none of the employees are trained correctly and lack communication skills. I personally would withdraw your business from here if you are looking for quality care for your buck. Only nice person there was the nice alt dental assistant.

Beware, My girlfriend and I were over charged with our credit cards. Can't trust these people. I was told that my insurance would cover some certain charges but turned out not to be true. Call to complain three times and was told every time that they would reimburse me for the over charge. It's been a few months ago and to this day I haven't heard from them. Never again with these people...

No issues with the staff in the office or services themselves. But trying to contact someone in the office is such a pain, it's not worth it. Most of the time my call ends up going to the call center and it's a struggle to get anything done with them. The office hours, such as the days they are open, change as well, which adds to the frustration. Once we get this crown for my husband completed, we will be looking for another dental office that has easier and clearer communication and where I can actually speak to someone in the office and not a call center. Edit to add: I have called 7 times this week trying to get someone in the local office. Everytime I get the call center, who also try to call the local office, with no luck. All I get told is that they can send an email and I will get a call within 24 hours, which never happens. I am tired of having to explain what I'm trying to get done over and over with no resolution.

I had such a great experience my daughter felt comfortable enough to talk, which doesn’t happen often Eli did an amazing job! steady ,consistent, patient. And Dr Garcia Was such an angel just wanting The best for her kiddos and her patients . You definitely cannot go wrong here!

Husband walked in for baby's first ever check up and had doctor Tamara garcia. It was by far the worst interaction ever. Got told absolutely nothing for first time parents dealing with teething. She was extremely rude to her staff and clients who showed up. Felt rushed and not important. Don't recommend this doctor for someone who sees children everyday she has an extremely bad attitude. Wont be going back and will be changing doctors ASAP.

If you get anxious at the dentist, this is the perfect place to go. These ladies are so nice! Dr. Garcia and Ruth put both my temporary and permanent crowns in and it was like hanging with old friends. It was also quick and painless, which, for someone who’s super anxious, is PERFECT. This is my new dental home after my old dentist retired.

I would like to thank Dr. Mckissick and her staff for a stellar job during my appointment this week. I had to make a last minute appointment and the dentist was able to accurately diagnose my issue and get it treated right away. That saved me so much time and the tech was also very patient with me as I got my teeth x-rayed since we had to retake pictures a few times due to my gag reflex. My appointment ran pretty late since I needed so much work done on my teeth but they did not rush me at all and the dentist was friendly and very considerate towards my needs. The office staff was also able to verify my insurance and provide me with my copay pretty quickly. Overall, I truly appreciated their assistance and service today. Outstanding!
