Patients visiting any large-group dental practice are encouraged to ask for a written treatment plan and a full itemized cost estimate before agreeing to any procedure. Confirm clearly what your insurance covers versus your expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins. If the scope or cost of a recommended treatment plan is a concern, obtaining a second opinion from an independent licensed dentist is always a reasonable step.
It is also advisable to confirm the purpose of your appointment when scheduling and verify with the receptionist on arrival that both a hygienist and a dentist are available that day if you are expecting both an examination and a cleaning in a single visit. Understanding the schedule for your appointment ahead of time helps avoid situations where partial services are completed and the remainder must be rescheduled.

Dr Kimlee is The BEST dentist in town! This is such an amazing team of professionals. The entire office is AMAZING! I’ve gotten to a stage in my life where I can barely manage my dental care without crying. It’s nerve wrecking but these ladies are kind, gentle and helpful during the process. Quality dentistry! I only cried once and that says a lot. Thanks, always! Reidie M
I think it was Dr. Lee that I saw and she was great! I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time so I expected the worst, but I got X-rays and only had 1 cavity. I told them my concerns but they addressed all of them and were straightforward about what I needed to improve upon. The doctor did the exam and checked my gum depth, and even fit me in for a cleaning. I expected to get fillings all day, but we schedule that for the following week. Overall, I felt that they were thorough, honest and kind.
Went in today for an emergency appointment with a tooth cracked. I was trying to be pushed into getting tooth fixed that day and it would be $600 out of pocket with insurance. I went over to “ the dental team of Broomfield “ and it was a completely different experience. Was able to understand what was being said, taken care of with care and patience and for some weird reason with the crown and all it was HALF of what was told to me at bright now. The bright now experience made me stressed and for weird reasons ended up costing a lot out of pocket compared to the 2nd opinion. Bright now felt like a scam
Terrible experience. Cash grab. Awful Communication. I made an appointment with them for a regular dental cleaning- no issues, just needed the regular cleaning that is covered by insurance 2x a year like I have always gotten done. Show up for the appointment and they have me fill out form after form about if I want braces or orthodontic services or add ons. No I just want the cleaning. We wrap up the X-rays an hour later and then they ask me when I’d like to make my appointment for the cleaning. I said what? That’s what this appointment is for? They said their hygienist isn’t working today and I have to schedule another day. WHY was I even there then? Why was that not mentioned on the phone when I asked to schedule a CLEANING appointment? Very frustrated, I made a 2nd appointment weeks later to get the cleaning done. Today I show up for that appointment and they start off by showing me a $370 estimate for long lists of different things they could do for me today. I said I just wanted the regular teeth cleaning. Why are they showing me huge numbers of things to pay for when this is just supposed to be a regular covered by insurance dental cleaning. I agreed to add on some irrigation and numbing gel because the secretary said the hygienist is very rough, and it was $110. This seemed pretty high for a teeth cleaning that has always been 100% covered by insurance in the past, but I was here for my 2nd appointment now and just wanted it taken care of so agreed. Then I sit down and the hygienist asks me if I have my appointment yet for the left side of my mouth? I said what? She said we’re only cleaning the right side of your mouth today, so you need another appointment for the left. Again, WHAT?! Since when?? Why am I only getting HALF of my teeth cleaned? She said because it’s a “deep cleaning” and my insurance won’t allow it to be done in 1 visit. I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. That was never told to me. I was never told we were doing a “deep” cleaning when I asked for a regular cleaning. I was never told I was only having half of my mouth done on this visit and that I’d need to make a 3RD appointment now to have this cleaning done. Again very frustrated I had no choice but to agree and we proceeded with the cleaning. Then at checkout my bill is not $110, but $185. FOR HALF MY MOUTH. Apparently there was also a deductible amount in addition to the estimate they provided to me that was never included or discussed in any way until after the appointment when I was supposed to be paying. Then I run my FSA card which has over $300 balance and it declines over and over. No one can figure out why and I am now going to have to pay out of pocket for this. This was the most outrageous and frustrating experience and I will absolutely be finding a new dentist after they complete this job of the left side of my mouth at the next visit. The complete lack of communication and being surprised by things over and over and over again and the waste of so much time and the highest bill I have ever seen in my life for a “covered” dental cleaning is all simply shocking and disgusting.
The whole staff is amazing, the dentist fantastic, the assistant personal, and the office manger is the best there is! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind - every dentist or doctor’s office would be lucky to have to her. She knows insurance, knows dentistry, and is kind and patient with all of us patients her smile is warming as she greets you and truly is the best
