DO NOT GET ORTHO TREATMENT HERE WHATEVER YOU DO. I’m currently being treated for Invisalign and it has been a literal nightmare. I’ve been calling for days with no answer. Mislead about treatment time. My teeth look horrible. My ortho that created my treatment plan doesn’t work there anymore. If anyone has any suggestions on what kind of legal help I can get let me know because this office will not return my calls and I paid over $5,000 for a treatment plan that they are not finishing.
Extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable experience. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00, yet I was left sitting there for an entire hour before anyone bothered to see me. Then, after wasting an hour of my time, the actual appointment took barely five minutes. The worst part is this isn’t a one-time issue—this happens basically every single time I come here.

I was a new patient with a 2:45 p.m. appointment and was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early, so I arrived at 2:30 p.m. By 3:40 p.m., after waiting over an hour, I asked how much longer it would be before I was seen. During that time, three patients who arrived approximately 20 minutes after I did were all taken back before me. At 3:50 p.m., I was finally taken to an exam room, where I waited another 15 minutes before X-rays were taken. After the X-rays, I waited an additional 10 minutes for the dentist. When the dentist finally came in, I clearly explained the reason for my visit. He performed only a very brief examination, tapped me on the shoulder, and said someone would come in to talk with me. No treatment was performed, no plan of care was discussed, and no one returned. After waiting even longer, I left the office at 4:27 p.m. Interestingly, the office called me at 4:48 p.m.—which means I likely would have still been sitting there waiting if I hadn't left. I understand that dental offices can run behind, but nearly two hours for a new patient with little communication, seeing later-arriving patients taken ahead of me, and then leaving without receiving any treatment or explanation is unacceptable. A simple update or apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first experience, and I will not be returning.

This place is amazing! They still keep that old school, welcoming feel that’s hard to find nowadays. They work quickly to fit you in for the services you need, and most of the time they can even get things done the same day. The cleanings are incredible too she really takes her time and makes sure your teeth feel deeply cleaned. You leave feeling fresh, clean, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!😊
They make going to the dentist feel like a treat for self care. From the attentive staff to how they made my comfort their priority I was so thoroughly pleased with my first visit. Tooth pain I had been putting off getting taken care of for years, they got rid of in 90 minutes. So grateful! Thank you to all the staff here. They really work well together and it shows in how well this place runs.
They are always very nice & down to earth. They always ask if I'm comfortable and to tell them right away if I'm feeling any pain. I am never anxious when I go to have work done. They play music too which I like. The whole staff is very nice. 😊Based on my experience, I would recommend.👍😁
