The doctor, staff and service at Bright side was extremely helpful, quick and kind. I appreciate them for getting me into an appointment the day of my call due to a broken tooth. The extraction was well prepared and finances estimated before the procedure. They were even able to give my teeth a cleaning right after. This all being for someone who wasn't previously a patient but I will be returning for all my future dental needs a regular, thank you Bright side!

The absolute best and fastest dentist I ever encountered. Even open on a Saturday removed 3 teeth for me yesterday 06/08/26 and I’m eating and feeling better already thank you guys so much your the best.

Dr Grytzelius and asst Chona were fantastic to work with during my root canal procedure!! They were both very accommodating and as a whole the entire staff were very friendly and professional.

Had a great experience at Bright Side Dental! Jen was my hygienist and did an awesome job with my cleaning. She was friendly, thorough, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My exam with Klein was very thorough and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish.

I went to this place for one catch on one tooth. They took X-rays and told me I needed a filling. Came for the filling and when my mouth stopped being numb, I realized they didn't even fix what I came in for. I don't even think I needed a filling, they just wanted to bill for something. I went in a third time and they finally fixed what I wanted fixed. About two months later I get a text asking me to come in for a cleaning. I told them that I was very busy and that I would call them when I was ready. Two hours later I got ANOTHER text asking me the same thing and I reiterated what I said. This morning they texted me AGAIN, so I blocked them. The lesson here is that this office is clearly hurting for business and that's probably because they scam by doing fillings that aren't necessary and NOT LISTENING TO THEIR PATIENTS. My heartfelt advice is to avoid this place if at all possible. There's a lot of dental offices that actually listen to their clients, don't scam and don't harass.

I called Bright Side at 2:30 to get my son in for an emergency appointment they told me no problem be here by 4:00. They are all so very nice, understanding and professional.

I have been a patient at this practice/ location for 26 years I've always had excellent care from start to finish. Easily making convenient appointment with friendly front desk staff, thorough and comfortable cleanings with so many different hygienist and work done with several different dentists on staff. I've always had anxiety but it has hit a new level with taking Tamoxifen. I had an appointment this morning and was taken care of by Dr Harp and Amanda. They were both so incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. I had zero discomfort and was frequently asked if I was comfortable. I never gagged, choked or felt uncomfortable once over approximately 90 minutes of having 2 crowns removed, cavities filled and temporary crowns made and placed. I had questions that were answered clearly and completely. My expectations were exceeded and I am so appreciative of the care I received.

Ever since I found Bright Side, I go no where else, every doctor I've had here has done flawless work and I've never had an issue. I was last with Dr.Grytzelius and assistant Chona, quick clean work, no issues and great people that feel like friends. Recommended.
