Bright Side Dental Sterling Heights

I called Bright Side at 2:30 to get my son in for an emergency appointment they told me no problem be here by 4:00. They are all so very nice, understanding and professional.

I have been a patient at this practice/ location for 26 years I've always had excellent care from start to finish. Easily making convenient appointment with friendly front desk staff, thorough and comfortable cleanings with so many different hygienist and work done with several different dentists on staff. I've always had anxiety but it has hit a new level with taking Tamoxifen. I had an appointment this morning and was taken care of by Dr Harp and Amanda. They were both so incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. I had zero discomfort and was frequently asked if I was comfortable. I never gagged, choked or felt uncomfortable once over approximately 90 minutes of having 2 crowns removed, cavities filled and temporary crowns made and placed. I had questions that were answered clearly and completely. My expectations were exceeded and I am so appreciative of the care I received.

Ever since I found Bright Side, I go no where else, every doctor I've had here has done flawless work and I've never had an issue. I was last with Dr.Grytzelius and assistant Chona, quick clean work, no issues and great people that feel like friends. Recommended.

Office was clean & well organize. Very professional, friendly. Respectful. I walk with a cane. Staff was very mindful of my safety. Dr Harp gave me such good news i almost jumped!

This was the worst dental place I've ever been. I asked for special dentistry because I've had such bad experiences. Instead of understanding they joked the whole time and charged me 2,000$ and 3 (1 hour) visits because they didn't know what they were doing. The mold was the most horrid tasting and it took sooo long! Finally on the final 3rd visit I had a different dentist that was obviously very knowledgeable, quick, & sensitive to a person's needs. They had a 20,000$ plan for me. I never went back! They kept calling me I kept saying I will never go back there! I finally found out I have osteoporosis that is causing my teeth to chip. Not one dentist could figure this out!! Make sure your dentists have medical knowledge that affects the teeth.

I truly have a great experience every time I visit Bright Side Dental. I came in for a routine cleaning and found out I had two sneaky cavities that needed fillings. The doctor (I can’t recall his name, but he had curly hair) and his assistant, Rose, were absolutely amazing. Even while still training and learning so much, Rose constantly made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire appointment. She brought such a calming, positive energy with laughter and kindness that made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. I truly can’t thank them enough for turning the appointment into such a positive experience. Rose especially has such a bright future ahead of her! And again, apologies to the doctor for forgetting your name, but you were truly a breath of fresh air and made the dental experience enjoyable. Thank you both so much!

Greetings everybody, where do I start!!! Ever since my childhood dentist retired when I was in my thirties I have been looking for a dentist that was just as good. I've been to two two different dentists who shall remain nameless who have both lacked in making me feel comfortable and under good care. I was referred to brightside dental at 19 Mile and Schoenherr by a very good friend. So I decided to make an appointment and see what they had to say. I am so glad I did! I had a great experience at Bright Side dental! It was my first time visiting, and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away. I came in with a chipped front tooth, and Dr. Zayd Odeh took care of it. He did an amazing job—my tooth looks perfect, and you can’t even tell it was ever chipped. He was professional, skilled, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this office!
