One of the worst Medical Center when tooth Extraction wasn’t Mandatory for a 9 years Old Kid and they have Complicated the Procedure and pushed us for the Tooth extraction and then they didn’t know what to do. I will never ever go there. Pathetic services.

I first visited Bright Smile Orthodental Clinic three years ago, and Dr. Ala provided exceptional care. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I was extremely satisfied with the results. Over the following years, I continued visiting the clinic, but unfortunately, Dr. Ala was no longer there. The service just wasn't the same, and even the teeth cleaning didn't feel as thorough as before. Last week, I visited again and was so happy to see that Dr. Ala had returned! Once again, I received the excellent care I remembered. She paid great attention to detail, and my teeth look amazing. I had another appointment with her today, and I am beyond happy with the results. I honestly can't believe how great my smile looks! Thank you, Dr. Ala, for your outstanding work and dedication. Dr. Ahmed Aref, as I read about him before in the reviews, he is very honest and dedicated to his work and explains everything in detail. He fixed my crown and installed 2 fillings and cleaned my teeth in an excellent way and the result was excellent . As for hygiene, because I care about it, I noticed that he and his assistant care a lot about hygiene. They even wear gloves and do not touch anything else except with a tissue if they have to. I have never found this before in any dental clinic, They deal with the computer while wearing the same gloves they use in dental treatment but I found that doctor Ahmed and his assistant are very careful about this detail. I recommend the clinic and all the doctors their, they have a big experience. The only thing that I wish they will increase the space in the clinic. I visited Dr. Aref again for another treatment, I didn’t meet a dentist professional and honest in his work like him till now. As usual 100% a full excellent treatment and 100% caring

By far the best dental centre I have visited in the UAE. Booking an appointment was extremely smooth, and upon arrival, I was welcomed by very efficient and friendly receptionists who made the experience comfortable from the start. Within minutes, I met the General Dentist, Dr. Ala, who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She immediately identified my issue, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. Since my case required specialized orthodontic care, Dr. Tariq, the Specialist Orthodontist, was invited for further evaluation. He was equally professional, thorough, and reassuring, and in no time my treatment process had already started. One thing that truly stood out to me was the level of transparency. They have screens on the patient’s desk where you can clearly see and understand everything being done, which builds a lot of trust and confidence in their procedures. Just one day after getting my braces on, Brighter Smile has completely changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist. I no longer feel afraid or anxious about dental visits — instead, I feel comfortable, confident, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Brighter Smile to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and patient-focused dental care in the UAE.

Dr Ahmed Arif was amazing, I have a fear of the dentist and he made me feel completely comfortable at all my visits. I had a complex case where I had previously been told to just extract the tooth, but he worked his magic and made sure the tooth was fixed and no extraction was needed. I was suffering from my wisdom tooth and was so scared to get it extracted in Dubai as I don’t have a dentist to trust. I even thought of flying back home just to get it extracted.
