NEVER visted any "med spa" whatsoever and that includes this one. Their business is in Eugene I live north of Albany. This business has been texting my number with an advert for some kind of VIP "club." A friend got texts too and also has never been a customer of the business. Read the law, Brighter Smiles: uninvited texting is illegal.

Had treatments a couple years ago and while the laser hair removal worked for about 75% of my hair and made a difference, what I didn’t like was that I had purchased a package for full face 6 treatments and received 5, was charged full price for the 6th, was charged extra for the lip area on a couple of occasions even though I paid for full face. The staff was nice enough but not the best bang for the buck. The 2 stars are for the partially good results. It has recently come to my attention that I should have been assessed by a licensed provider which I was not. If I could drop it to zero stars for unprofessional behaviors and no assessment by a medical director I would.

Brighter smiles is such a great place. I was referred by my niece and now come back every few months for touch ups. I get Dysport and Lip filler. She is so knowledgeable and gives you the freedom to do as little or as much as you want and is extremely affordable.

I have been going to Brighter Smiles for years. The staff are always professional, welcoming, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The space is clean, modern, and very well maintained. My treatment is always smooth, and the results exceed my expectations—natural-looking and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they really care about both safety and quality. I’ll definitely continue returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch aesthetic care.

Appointment was at 3:15, they came in about 30 minutes later and were super rushed and haphazard about my treatment. Didn’t remember my allergies noted in my chart and tried to give me something I was allergic to. Heidi encouraged me to leave a review and asked me to speak about it. This is the most accessible location for tattoo removal for me, but I am not returning after this appointment. I think they did their best, but the whole thing felt extremely rushed and slightly careless. I’m really sad about this, I hope they do better for other clients in the future. I don’t really think they even got all of my tattoo spots that needed removing. This is my third session.

I have been getting Botox/Xeomin/Dysport treatments for my elevens, crows feet and forehead for almost 20 years with Heidi. I also have received laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal from Heidi and my results were 100% removal of tattoo and very very long lasting hair removal results. I had tried other med spas doctors and nurses in other locations and states before that and since and hands down my results are always perfection with Heidi every time and every time I go to another Spa per my request Heidi always needs to correct their mistakes to make sure my results are even and perfected. Her lip flips are perfection as well as her lip filler. Which I have received from other spas as well and never completely satisfied with the results. Heidi is an expert at what she does. 1000%
