At first when I left their dental office I was happy with the aesthetic of the place, but I am disappointed with my experience for a few reasons. 1. My appointment was scheduled 30 minutes before they were closing so I felt very rushed during my "deep" cleaning service. 2. They told me multiple times that I would pay out of pocket for the service and then the insurance would reimburse me. It has now been over 6 months since I was last in and have not received a penny back, I paid $600+. I talked to multiple staff about this issue and they first told me they forgot to submit the claim then the issue has still not got resolved. Aside from that it has been difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Unfortunately I wont be back and will continue on the hunt for new care. Also they bribe you for the review while your there if you leave a good review you can spin a wheel to get something.

Friendly; personable; kind, helpful staff! The Dr. herself is a gem! I will definitely recommend Brighton Dental to anyone looking for a dentist! Also, love that they have biological dentistry!!!

I had an amazing experience with my dentist. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I was honestly nervous going in, but she was so kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Best of all, there was absolutely no pain at all during the procedure. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have the best experience possible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who is gentle, skilled, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way.

After having past dental trauma experiences, this office was a soothing corrective experience. Communication was excellent, they got me in quickly. They were so patient with helping me to explore the financing options and very transparent with procedures and costs. If you haven’t had a female dentist experience yet… I highly recommend it! You are enveloped in nurturing feminine energy in this office.

I went to Brighton Dental for a much-needed second opinion after my previous dentist told me I needed $10,000 worth of invasive gum surgery to cut open all my gums. I was skeptical and honestly pretty scared about what was ahead. Dr. Paige Woods changed everything. She took the time to do a CBCT scan and carefully walked me through the images, pointing out issues my old dentist had completely missed, for two whole years! She created a realistic, thoughtful treatment plan and has been incredibly collaborative in working through it step by step, always prioritizing what makes sense for me. I really appreciate her holistic approach that considers the whole picture of my health and comfort. Beyond the excellent care, Dr. Paige and her entire staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and compassionate. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ well-being. Liz, the dental hygienist, is especially great, thorough, gentle, and always puts me at ease. The office feels warm and supportive, not like a typical dental visit. I’m so grateful I found Brighton Dental, it’s been a game-changer for my oral health and my peace of mind. Brighton Dental is a great choice if you’re looking for comprehensive and holistic care. Dr. Woods was very thorough in addressing my concerns, I wanted a dentist that was in-network and would not push me to go past what was necessary. Her attitude and plan for my current dental situation was better than I could have hoped. I’m looking forward to following through with it here, Dr. Woods helped my wife out when we were dealing with our insurance, and it’s obvious the whole team cares for all of their patients that come in.

I came here with my strong little man, and he absolutely loved the visit. Honestly, it’s his favorite time every time we go to the dentist — ha! Long gone are the days of scary dentist visits. He got X-rays with super fun high-tech machines, had his cleaning done, and even had a baby tooth extracted… all while rocking hot pink sunglasses like a tiny celebrity. The hygienist, Liz, did an absolutely over-the-top amazing job. She wasn’t just good — she was gentle, patient, and genuinely excited to teach him everything about keeping his teeth healthy. You can tell Liz isn’t there to “get through appointments” — she truly cares about your teeth and your happiness. That kind of energy is rare, and we felt it from the moment she started working with him. And let me tell you about the rooms — they’re like walking into a mini spa. Each room is decorated so beautifully, with pretty wallpaper, crystals, photos, and the coziest vibe. It’s super private too, so you don’t feel like you’re in some cold, clinical dentist office. It’s more like, “Excuse me, is my facial starting soon?” while your kid is getting his teeth cleaned. Overall, an excellent experience. I’m especially grateful that they took the time to teach him the proper way to brush and floss, and even showed him where the plaque hides and how to keep it from setting up camp in his mouth. We left with one less baby tooth — highly, highly recommend!
