I can't give much of a glowing review when the receptionist hung up on me. I was trying to get a straight answer "Does your practice allow patients to decline deep cleanings and still receive a prophy cleaning." She hung up on me. My gums are healthy, don't bleed at all and yet I get aggressively marketed a product I don't want or need. I've done the deep dive research about these big money deep cleanings and periodontists online say that while there are cases where it's needed, it's being way overused. I know 3 people who started losing teeth after a deep cleaning, my mother is one of them. But yeah, I cant do business with an emotionally unintelligent front office.

I have been coming here for my dental work for many years now, even from when I had braces, and I can say that it’s amazing! Great feedback from the dentist on how to keep your teeth healthy (shout out to Marybeth). I have always had an amazing experience with this place and would continue to go always. Definitely recommend!

My dental visits are always pleasant. The office decor has a very inviting and friendly environment. The front office staff is especially professional and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Dental Hygentist, Mary Beth. She is very detailed oriented during the cleaning process. Which ensures your teeth are well cared for. Best dental practice in Bakersfield!!!

I’ve been a patient for several years never missed an appointment. I had an appointment scheduled with Brimhall Dental Group but unfortunately had to miss it due to being unexpectedly called into work the same day. I went straight in and wasn’t able to notify them in advance. I understand offices have cancellation policies, but I was charged a $75 fee for not giving 24-hour notice, even after explaining the situation. I was told I should have called earlier, but I didn’t receive notice from work until midday and had to go in immediately. Situations like this happen, and a little flexibility or a one time courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, the policy was enforced without exception. Because of that, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Something to consider if you’re looking for a provider that’s more understanding with unexpected circumstances.

I have been coming hete for a year now and honestly has been great! Marybeth who was my dental hygienist for today’s visit was amazing! She gave me more information on my teeth and how to care for them just a bit more, and great advice and knowledge to keep a healthy and clean smile! 10/10
