Bristol Dental Suite

Wanted to move my appointment to another time, they said they could but that I would lose my £75 deposit. Outrageous.

I meant to post this feedback some while ago but my treatment was during a very stressful time and I simply forgot. So I would like to post now! When visiting Bristol to see my sister, who was in hospital, one of my molar teeth disintegrated - a piece simply came out in my hand and more, sharp pieces were left in my gum. I was in a lot of pain - and there was no way I could eat anything at all. The dental hospital told me I could have an appointment in two days time... I felt appalled (and quite frightened) but then I remembered, on a previous visit to Bristol, seeing a dental surgery actually at the big Sainsburys. So I went to see if anyone could help me. I was taken in for treatment almost immediately. Dr Martin Adeda was marvellous. As well as being really skilful, he was very calm and kind, which made me feel I was going to be okay. It was a long appointment to remove my shattered tooth - but my gum was frozen and the treatment was painless. I was warned that my gum would be painful later on - but actually it was perfectly manageable - and about 100 times better than before my treatment!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, Dr Ahmad and his team were patient, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every appointment felt relaxed and well‑explained, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands. The transformation in my smile is amazing, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and attention I received. Highly recommend to anyone considering Invisalign.

Extremely expensive. Hygienist appointment was double the price for what I booked elsewhere. Also sooner.

Is it possible to say you had a great time at the dentist? Yup !! I am new to BDS, and I was not looking forward to having large back tooth extracted, but Jaime the receptionist said Abi the dentist was “great at extractions “ and she was right! Abi explained the procedure and possible outcomes before pulling my tooth. I did not feel any pain, no tugging, twisting or pulling, in fact, I went straight from the dentist chair to Aldi to do a food shop! Like so many others, I cannot recommend BDS highly enough! Thanks everyone- you’re great!

I've been several times and always find it a pleasant experience. From the staff on reception, who are really helpful to the excellent dental care I recieve from Louise Long - friendly & professional. I've recently undergone orthodontal treatment and the transformation is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I hate going to the dentist. I really truly can’t explain how anxious I feel about it and the fact that I come out of visits here feeling comfortable and happy is a testament to how good these guys are. I’ve previously only needed them for routine appointments and found them great and prices fair but recently needed emergency appointments and really found every member of the team lovely, efficient and very good at their job. I have had Martin for appointments previously and thought he was just wonderful and specifically booked with him because I felt completely confident in his advice and skill and I thought I had somehow fluked it into finding such a brilliant dentist that I needed to only go to him. But then today I had an appointment with Ali who was also wonderful and I’m realising that it’s actually just the whole team that are brilliant. Don’t get me wrong, I still very much dislike going to the dentist but that’s a me problem and at least now when I go I feel like I’m in great hands and that I can completely trust the advice I’m given which I really really valuable. I’m done gushing about them now but honestly can’t recommend them all enough!

A lovely practice, All staff are very warm and welcoming. I had been seeing Dr Ahmad to give me confidence in my smile and he did just that! Amazing work and excellent talent. Very thankful to be taken so well cared off! Thank you!
