I tried repeatedly to tell them my dental history (gentically bad teeth since childhood, complicated oral surgery history) and about my medical conditions I have now that affect my teeth and gums….especially about how my gums heal. They did NOT CARE and continued on. Red flag missed. Now I have a temporary screwed in bottom denture (don’t even know the correct term for what I had done) another red flag missed. And last night a screw came out, or rather what they use to screw the implant in. The next morning I noticed the whole right side of my “fixed denture” is popping up. I immediately called the office about this. They had two appointments available and both were during my work times. I cannot afford to take any more time off from work than I already have. I explained this. They didn’t care. Just reiterated that I needed to make it. Welp you are the reason I can’t miss any more work. You maybe not listening to me played a part in this. Try listening to your patients next time Dr. Strout. I think I saw you for a whole 5 minutes the entire time of my “consultation” and you had no interest in what I had to say. Shameful. Now I’m stuck with this for who knows how long until I can fit YOU in my schedule. I’m sorry? I thought doctors were supposed to be Able to schedule a quick emergency appointment. I AM a current patient and you have a responsibility to fix whatever you or your team did wrong. The. Lack of accountability is astounding. Go somehwere else. They are obviously too busy selling surgeries to actually accommodate those who have issues after. I would give them zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I’m pissed.

The worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. The doctor was rude and did nothing to help the discomfort and issues I was having. I told him I was hearing noises and he said no I wasn't. I'm not sure how a person can tell another person what they do and don't hear but nevertheless that's what he did. After the crazy amount of money that I have spent at that office I can't believe that they would let me leave so unhappy and without any concern for the issues I was having. And this is not the first time I've had issues, the whole time I've been going there it's been one issue after the other, for over a year now. The only reason I gave this post 1 star was because they wouldn't let me post with no stars. This is only the opinion of one patient but I'm sure other patients have had issues. Please think twice if you need dental work and you have an appointment at Britely dentures.

By far the best experience. Full set implant dentures turned out Beautiful. Doctor Strout did a great job down to every detail He makes sure you are happy with the results. I wore a temporary set for 3 months while healing . We altered my teeth a couple of times from size to color a new temp set each time until I was certain and happy with the end results for the permanent set. The staff was kind and attentive the entire process. Thank you Britely Dentures +Implants Studio!

My experience has been seamless thanks to Dr. Strout and Espinosa. Adi the surgical assistant is exceptional in her patient care. A very compassionate care provider. Isabelle remembers her patients by name. She is kind, helpful and display excellent office professionalism. Very good experience with other office staff.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and my experience was very pleasant. The staff was first rate. And I experienced little to no discomfort during the procedure. In fact, the dentist performed this procedure very quickly. I am very pleased with my results. I would definitely recommend them to others.
