I was disappointed by my experience. I had recent X-rays taken in 2023 and requested limited imaging focused only on my molars. The office insisted on performing no fewer than seven X-rays and declined to consider a more targeted approach. I recognize that practices operate under established clinical guidelines. That said, patient autonomy should remain part of the conversation. Given the unwillingness to discuss alternatives, I chose not to proceed and left.
The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Whenever I had an issue they were quick to act with in the next day after a sergery. I've never any issues with them thure out my 6 years of living here, Highly recommend.👍
I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. Dr. Carter is absolutely amazing! The best part? I don't feel like he creates a treatment plan just for making a buck. I can count on his honesty when I need any work done. Dr. Carter and Broadmoor Valley Dental, THANK YOU!!
The Dentist's and other staff there are just awesome!! There is a climate which is inviting, comfortable and fun! There isn't a time I go in for treatment where we all don't seem to get a good laugh. I believe they want to provide great care and desire to ensure the process is the most comfortable and painless lol. Don't get me wrong, I've never liked going to see a Dentist, but this office has changed my mind. I won't go anywhere else unless I have to!
I visited this office as a new patient for a routine cleaning. Within three days, I developed a painful oral infection (thrush) and have needed ongoing treatment. I have never experienced this before, so the timing was very concerning. I’ve reached out to the office for clarification and hope they take patient safety and infection control seriously.
