They have been very kind and so understanding and that is so vital in a place like this. I have felt judged and carry that shame with me. My teeth are in horrible condition. I took immunosuppressants for my arthritis. They basically shut down the immune system to fix my buggy body. It is sending weird messages. Which makes sense, because same. 😆 But anyway, after two years of this treatment and my teeth got destroyed. For a long while I didn’t have dental insurance. So years later, after surviving (so far) cancer, I decided I needed to get them taken care of. My CBC panels have been off for a long time. I’m thinking this will correct some of those, especially with the lifestyle changes I am making. Medicaid was a nightmare (long story). Mom took me to the family dentist. Everyone has been so nice. I have never once felt judgement or shame. I will put up pictures of my smile when this is completed. Here are some of my recent visits. I hope to have everything finished by October. I 1000% recommend this office. It isn’t quick and it isn’t cheap— but time and care should be taken with dentures and the quality is amazing (I saw a sample up close). If you are considering this place I urge you to call and schedule an appointment. It will be worth it! 🫶

I had an excellent experience with dental implants. My prior implant done by an oral surgeon fell out. Maybe from a metal allergy. I came to Dr Hoang and he placed a zirconia implant. Love the results. Very good experience, no pain, easier than root canal. High tech equipments, friendly staff. Great care!

This practice and this staff are all GREAT! Audrey cleans my teeth with purpose. poise and precision while humming along to the radio. They are very helpful and clear with dental strategies and the insurance component. AND I LOVE the new office!

Best dentist ever! I love Audrey and Dr. Hoang and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’ve been a patient here for years. They are transparent about what insurance covers and provide a dental experience that is as positive as a dental experience can be :)

Don’t waste your time like they did mine. Had an appointment a few months ago for cleaning. They canceled at last minute. Today scheduled at 3:00. Got there at 2:45. Called back at 3:30. At 3:45 told.me they close at 4:00 and too late to start cleaning. I’ll find a new dentist.

Audrey is the best hygienist and Dr Hoang is amazing. I always feel taken care of after a visit. Audrey always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, ensure I have a great experience, and provides feedback and guidance beyond the patient chair. I tried many dental practices, but none can compare. Audrey keeps me a loyal patient. Jokes, life talk, and excellent dental care; If Michelin stars were given to dental practices, Broadway Dental would have many!
