Been a patient of Bromborough dentist now for numerous years , always get appointments when I want , staff are very friendly and efficient, always message me to let me know my appointment is coming up , Dentists and hygienist are very professional and caring , it’s good to know I am in good hands.

Wonderful experience today. My boys who are 10 and 7 were a bit nervous about their visit as it was their first time at the practice. The team were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to others. My boys were so happy on their way home, saying they want to go again.

This was my first experience at a private dentist, where I had an emergency appointment. On the phone call to book the appointment, the receptionist was very understanding and got me an appointment the same day which was amazing. I had been waiting 3 weeks for an “emergency” appointment by other dentists, so to be able to get in the same day was brilliant. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming which made me feel a lot calmer. The dentists I saw were extremely kind and understood I was very scared, they explained everything they did before, during and after the procedures. They explained everything very clearly and in simple terms too so that I could understand everything properly (I asked for this as I need a bit of support), without being patronising or rude. I have genuinely never felt comfortable and calm at any dentist, apart from this practice. The whole experience was extremely positive and helpful, and instead of feeling anxious, I felt very comfortable and calm. I would come back to this dentist and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is scared / nervous at the dentist, anyone who is disabled or has a learning difficulty, anyone! Thank you so much for my appointment, I am very grateful.

I can’t recommend this practice enough, all the staff are absolutely fabulous and made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. I avoided the dentist for 10 years after a traumatic incident and a terrible experience elsewhere that resulted in losing my front tooth. I was left with a poorly fitting denture that eventually broke, and my confidence was at an all-time low. From the moment I came here, I felt welcomed and supported. They’ve helped me overcome my fear of the dentist and guided me through every step of my treatment. Working alongside another specialist for my implant, they’ve completely transformed my smile. A huge thank you to Dr Ru, Andrea, and dental nurse Jess. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done!

I actually enjoy coming to this dentist & hygienist. They are knowledgeable, gentle and very professional. Prices are great to which helps alot. If you care about the only set of teeth you have let Bromborough Dental Clinic check them every 6 months. Would recommend coming here

I was really nervous about my appointment as I have a fear of going the dentist. The team as a whole were lovely, kind, caring and reassuring, David took his time, explained everything his assessment was going to include. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, David gave clear explanation of his findings and discussed different options of treatments available giving me an informed choice. I wasn’t under any pressure to commit to a treatment plan, however I did choose one along with a finance plan to cover the cost of treatment. The team were understanding of my fear, they were very helpful, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. My questions were answered and I felt the team listened to all my concerns. This appointment went a lot smoother than I expected and I’m looking forward to building a rapport with the team and hopefully getting over my fear. I have several appointments booked, after this initial assessment and meeting the team I’m actually not dreading going back. I highly recommend this practice especially if you have a phobia as the support was great.

I stress about the dentist always have. But these guys have helped to put me at my ease. Rui especially is very gentle and caring and explains alls she’s doing. I like to see the same person too and that’s not a problem either. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them

Accompanied my mum to her appointment and just wow! A fabulous experience. So kind and polite. The receptionist Cath couldn’t have been more helpful, so friendly and just a credit to the business. Really took the time to stop and talk to everyone. I was stunned to find out she had only been at the practice for 3 weeks!! Mum said Lisa was amazing, so gentle and so knowledgeable. I am registered elsewhere but seriously considering a move to this practice.

Fabulous service as always. I've been with them for nearly 10 years. Easily got onto the insurance which is one of the best things I've done for my teeth. The staff are super friendly, lots of booking reminders for your appointment.
