Brookfield Dental Care

My whole family goes to Brookfield Dental Care and they are amazing! They take their time, always answer their phones, make it easy to make appointments, and send text reminders too. Very friendly people and clean location too.

The dental staff are amazing! My hygienist and dentist were amazing to both myself and my child! The front desk staff; not so much! When I called to make the appt they let me know that Delta was no longer in network, I had no problem because I like the staff that much. After the appointment she tells me I have to pay nearly $800!!!! Huh!?!? Because it’s out of network I have to pay in advance and be reimbursed by Delta…. At what point was I going to be told that?? I get it’s Brookfield but damn, you expected me to pay an unexpected bill of $800???? And when I get the final bill my daughters services are more than mine because “she’s a new patient” but that didn’t explain the cost difference in basic things like bitewings and x-rays, the actual visit; kinda I guess…. But why would bites and an x-ray have a higher cost? And all she could say is she would adjust it correctly…. 😑 To close it out we scheduled a follow up for 6 months later which put us at April 4th, I get the text confirmation that’s it’s scheduled for May 4th 7 months later…. 😒 Did I just have a series of unfortunate events or did they do everything to keep me from returning? 🤔 I am soooo disappointed because my daughter really likes the staff as much as I do and they referred her to an orthodontist but if this is how their office manager handles business I’d rather find an in network provider. 🤷🏿‍♀️

My wife and I see Julia for our dental cleanings, she is wonderful!! The entire staff has always been very professional and kind. Very clean and beautiful office. 10/10!

Our experience with Brookfield Dental Care was phenomenal! We felt at ease the moment we walked in the door. Our hygienist, Michelle, made my son feel so comfortable. Her fun loving personality is exceptional! Dr. Schrubbe did a fantastic job of calming my son's fears, and gave him options for his care. He involved us in every aspect of treatment. LOVE the entire office! My entire family has had nothing but top notch care and treatment. Would recommend to any and every one!!

Dr. Resop and the team at Brookfield Dental Care are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and caring, and they always take the time to explain everything to me. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I step through the door and am greeted by the front desk. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience. 5 stars!
