I am so happy with the young woman that cleaned my teeth! She was the best! I highly recommend her and hope to see her again in six months.

I love Brookridge Dentistry! The front office staff are super nice and I always get in right on time. My hygienist Emily is the best she spends time explaining everything clearly and is very gentle. Her and Dr. Ramsey are very professional and also take the time to have casual conversation. I’ve had many good laughs while I’m at my appointments.

I went to this dentist about 2 years ago. I should have listened to the reviews about them trying to do procedures/imaging that wasn’t needed or even covered by my insurance at the time. I never decided to go back because I was told I might have sleep apnea at 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. Which I think was just an absurd thing to say first off. Fast forward to present, I have received a claim from the insurance I had when I went there. I have a new insurance now. But after looking at the procedures that were done at my appointment. It said I did 2 different images that day. And one wasn’t covered by insurance. I don’t recall doing 2 images, and if it’s not covered. That is completely out of my pocket from at appointment 2 YEARS AGO! That I am just now getting information on. Do what you want with the information, just be cautious.

I was very impressed with how thorough my initial assessment was! All of the technology and testing was very detailed and I feel like I was in good hands with my dental care. I will say, my appointment was at 2pm and I did not leave until 4. The office was clearly understaffed and no one said anything about it. I had 4-5 different people helping me during this process, popping in and out seemingly stringing together staffing issues. I mostly sat in the chair without any communication of what was going on or how much longer my wait would be. I did not expect a 2 hour visit and would have planned my day differently.

I had such a great experience with my new dentist! Everyone in the office was so kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The entire team made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything so clearly, which really helped. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and creating a positive/cozy experience. I’m so happy I found this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team! Also shoutout to Anissa Love, RDH for cleaning my teeth and making them look sparkly white again! If you’re looking for an efficient and comfortable office, Brookridge is the way to go!

My experience at this office was incredible! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Ramsey was so lovely; she explained every step and answered all of my questions. She is extremely competent and compassionate. The other staff, Amanda, Anissa, and Carter, also were very helpful and welcoming. I am excited to visit again!

Very professional and nonjudgmental. I have a lot of issues and they were kind, very thorough and patient! It nice that all my procedures can be done in one location. They are very good at explaining the financial expectations.

Very impressed with Dr. Moore and the whole staff. Loved the vibe of the office. Everyone was curteous and music playing throughout the office. Dr. Moore took the time to explain the process. Also, during the procedure, took the time to provide a heads up on what I was about to feel and hear. Dr. Moore and the staff said many times - "thank you for letting us take care of you today" - a lost art. Your staff is amazing! Thank you.

The office is in a good area, clean, very well organized and run, I didn’t have to wait for a long time to be seen, my practitioners were very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand all of my options and exactly what each meant and what they would involve. I will be keeping them as my dentist from now on.
