Brownes Dental Surgery

We travel 15 miles, followed our DENTIST to Brownes from when she worked in Lichfield.

Have been so impressed with my experience at Browne’s Dental. Judith is lovely and she and her assistant are scrupulous in explaining everything in detail to me. I also really appreciate the fact that they don’t talk over me as happens so often at the dentists. They talk to me! Even if I can’t answer coherently! I have been treated so well as a patient and I really appreciate this.

Great staff, great service, all in all great experience and will definitely be making it my routine dentist!

I've had two visits to Brown's Dental Surgery. Very pleased with the initial exam, with the surgery and staff. Second visit was an abstraction and the lady was fabulous. Back tooth that had crumbled from grinding. Very hard for her to get. Did not hurt me at all even the injections were painless. And after care second to none. Would reccomend to all.

Superb service from Judith as always. Friendly and professional with a warm and caring approach, Judith always gives the most thorough check and deep clean keeping my gum disease at bay and all the teeth in my head for the last nearly nine years. Judith is an exceptional dentist ably assisted by Sarah. I cannot recommend Judith and Brown’s highly enough.

What a fantastic Dentist Dr Leah Khan and her Assistant Im a very nervous patient due to past experiences with Dentists and I can assure you this Dental Practice was so kind and patient explained everything has they went along even showed me my xrays so made me feel in control of what was happening it was reassuring to be in the hands of such professionals I couldnt thank you enough Kind Regards Lynda Patrick

I cannot praise this dental surgery and the staff enough. The help and treatment I have received is exceptional. A same day appointment back in January when I had a toothache which turned out to be an infection in a old root canal filled tooth. No issue getting antibiotics to treat the infection. A further emergency appointment on a Saturday morning a month later for the same issue and then all resolved with the root canal specialist at a further appointment. The staff are always helpful and accommodating, they call back when they say they will and do their best to fit your appointments around your existing commitments. Treatment is fully explained to you as is after care if required. Later opening hours and the flexibility to have an appointment on a Saturday is great. Always made to feel at ease. I actually don't mind visiting the Dentist these days.

I’ve been here for an emergency extraction and the service was great. I’m now a client and couldn’t be happier, the admin team deserves their own shout out I love how on top of things they are and appreciate the reminders and visibility provided before and after my appointments.

I’ve had quite a lot of treatment lately and have always had excellent care. They make you feel at ease from the moment you walk into the surgery. I highly recommend Brownes (especially Judith). I travel 35 miles but will never change my dentist.

Quality dentistry everything explained clearly for my 6 months check up. Referral to hygienist who was patient , caring and with a non aggressive clean! Felt like I had a full set of new gnashes !! Receptionists are always so friendly and chatty, they don’t register you and then ignore you , a lovely caring patient centric practice. Outstanding !
