About Brush32 of Central Austin

Brush32 of Central Austin (now operating under the Ideal Dental brand) is a multi-service practice on Jefferson Street in central Austin (78731), part of a network with over 150 locations across the country. The clinic is set up so that all dental specialists and services are under one roof — meaning a patient who comes in for a cleaning and discovers they need orthodontic or oral surgery work can stay with the same practice rather than being referred elsewhere. The setup is designed for the operational predictability of a large network with the convenience of consolidated care.

For general and preventative care, the team handles cleanings, exams, and the routine maintenance most families come in for. The cosmetic, restorative, and orthodontic tracks add the longer-term work — porcelain veneers, dental crowns, dental implants, and orthodontic treatment via either traditional braces or Invisalign clear aligners. Oral surgery is handled in-house, with sedation dentistry options available for patients who want longer or more invasive procedures handled comfortably. Emergency dental care has its own scheduling slot, and the practice operates six days a week including Saturday for patients whose weekday schedules are tight.

If you want a central Austin practice with the wide service mix of a large network and Saturday availability for evening-and-weekend professionals, this fits.

The 24/7 online appointment scheduling makes it straightforward to book without phone tag, and the multi-location network means a patient who moves across town can transfer to another office without re-establishing care from scratch. Searches that bring patients here include family dentist near Jefferson Street Austin, Saturday dental appointments in 78731, sedation dentistry for oral surgery, Invisalign clear aligners in central Austin, and emergency dentist with same-day appointments. The practice suits patients who value extended hours, multi-specialty care in one building, and the consistency of a multi-office practice rather than a small independent clinic.

Patients looking for dental implants on Jefferson Street in the Rosedale area of Austin, Texas can consider Brush32 of Central Austin, which lists it among its treatments. The practice is open Monday through Saturday. Full service details and contact options are available on this page.

I found Ideal Dental Central Austin in a frantic Google search on Saturday after I removed my lower retainer and discovered that my crown had been pulled off in the process. I panicked because it was the weekend. I Googled Dentist offices open on Saturday, and Ideal Dental popped up. They had an appointment open. Everything about my visit was outstanding from the check in process, to verifying my insurance, to the intake by the hygienist, X-rays, and the actual procedure to get my crown reattached. The care and professionalism was exceptional. I left there with my crown back in place, and it only cost $75. I highly recommend Ideal Dental. P. S. I never do Google reviews, but Google is what led me to Ideal Dental.

Dr. Martin is very personable, patient, and kind, which was very helpful as an adult who did not have consistent access to dental care. The staff is good; the only difficulty i’ve had is rescheduling an appointment which led to being seen 2 months later. However, this is a common experience in US healthcare, yay…

Great experience all around. Dr. Martins is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. The staff is just as impressive—friendly, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The office is clean and runs smoothly. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a great team.

They saved my day! I arrived in a lot of pain, and everyone at the clinic was incredibly attentive and friendly. Dr. Natassia was a godsend: she put me at ease, guided me through the treatment with endless patience, and went out of her way to help me get the care I needed. Beyond her professional competence, she also speaks Portuguese and even assisted me with administrative matters, translating things that my level of English didn't allow me to understand. I’ve been in the U.S. for two years and used to be terrified of going to the dentist here because I didn't know how the system worked, but my experience couldn't have been better.

Pros: Staff seemed knowledgeable and competent: hygienists, x-rays techs, and the dentist herself. They reviewed the treatment plan and costs before proceeding with anything. Ample parking. Cons: Appointment rescheduling and time management. Booked online on a Saturday for a Monday appointment 9am because my husband and I would both be off work on the Monday. We both received emails that the appointments were confirmed. We received a call at 8am on Monday morning, one hour before the appointment, to reschedule. We were told it's because we made the booking on the weekend so no one was in the office to confirm. Then, in my opinion, the system shouldn't have said confirmed. I was able to go in later in the day, but my husband subsequently had to take the following day off work to attend his rescheduled appointment. At my rescheduled appointment, since it was my first visit, they did the full x-rays and photos. Then I waited half an hour for the doctor. She did the exam. Then I waited 20 minutes for the hygienist. Then waited another 10 minutes for the doctor again. The full appointment took 2 hours including 70 minutes of waiting. There were other patients who also needed attention, and I was just happy that I had charged my phone beforehand.
